  • Good morning diary land :)
I have a day off today :j I am going to see ds2 in his Christmas concert so I should be out by at least 10am.
Today I need to return the purse I bought the other day and also do some Christmas shopping.
Bank accounts checked and all ok. I really don't think that £100 to buy so many presents is enough so I have worked out that I can allocate another £70 if needed.

I managed to defrost and clean my freezer yesterday and all I now have in it is 7 bags of various vegetables, 2 portions of salmon and a pack of fish fingers. Meals over the next week will be veg with everything :rotfl: :rotfl:

I only spent 25p yesterday as I used a £2.24 voucher from co-op to get a few things. Ds1 also gave me my £2.50 back as he didn't do any cooking on Tuesday :)
Weekly shopping spend is now a grand total of £19.98

  • oooh it is also our bake day today and I think I will try something different to the usual carrot cake we make.

I fancy trying a lemon drizzle cake so I need to check I have all the ingredients for that.

  • Back from the Christmas concert which was good.

I am really struggling with the ex now. He really does my head in
He called me as soon as I got back into the house and then he is on the phone again to me now.

When is going to get the message. This is partly the reason why I don't have a life :(

  • Great now he calls me again and wants me to do him a favour
I don't feel like going out now :( he knows how to ruin my day.

Think I will just do some cleaning, find out what I need for the lemon drizzle cake and cook tonight's dinner.
I may also leave early to get my refund before school.

  • Just removed the 1571 facility from my BT line. I don't fancy being charged for it now. I am looking into doing the line rental saver again which will save £50 over the next year as their price are going up in January.
I may do that tonight but not sure if it is a good idea to do it just before or just after Christmas
