picked DD3s picture up from the framers, really pleased with how it looks, i'll try and post a picture later.

started knitting slippers, theres a pattern in the knitters thread, they knit up really quick and easy BUT i think there are a couple of typos in the pattern so im working through the next one slowly to see where i need to jiggle it to lose a couple of stitches that seem to be unaccounted for in the pattern decrease.
The first pair have already been claimed, but i need to sew them up.

what I like at the mo, you can go into your local stores sale items so you get a better chance, there starting to clear out ready for new catalogue - that comes out around 26th/27th July - in theory there should be another good clearout then xx

Def need a treat - been a sods law night, the cooker is on its last legs, the glass top lid comes lose and flew itself on to the floor, ignition gone, now the gas not staying alight on the oven......

So Argos to the rescue (last night)- 1st thing sort out the best deal - about to put mothers Argos card through - thought just double check the measurements the new cooker wouldn't fitted 10cm to wide!!

Got one to fit - originally due after 15th July - now had a call in stock on fri be 7 to 10 days.....

2ngt - the washing machine almost blew up, smoke from the back and electrics cut out - half way through wash of bedding, under wear, favourite nightie!! managed to rescue them

So back to Argos and a washing machine - 3 to 5 days delievery

Luckly they have buy now pay 12mths later option - so we said we'd pay it off monthly so b4 the 12mths all be paid - £700 for the 2 we could do without finding!

Now what next - it comes in 3's my betting its going to be the fridge!! x

Miss Hoodie had her 1st sports day at new school, bless her heart she was in 2 races, running (whole class did it in batches of 5), she came 5th, and then skipping, she came 5th, but as we told her its not the winning its the taking part that counts.

She got a little bit upset, that she was useless, as I said we're not all sporty, and that she's brainy, and reminded her that she has to help me with the computer and the tablet, - so that went down ok then.

We're going to have a treat at the weekend, said we would get a Pizza.

Were trying to plan summer holidays, some days put and about and said she could have a sleep over!! (help!!)

Had phone call the washing machine being delievered on Tuesday, - strip all bedding this morning and dad took mum to laundrette, kept her out of trouble for an hr!!

Quiet couple of days planned! xx

Well done miss hoodie. Like your mum said we're not all sporty . If we were all the same we'd have a boring world. I used to say my DD was excellent at sports she was so inventive at class. She knew a 1000 and one ways of getting out of it

I made a couple of cards yesterday... Too hot to be in the sun and I have a couple more to make. Just quick ones , really slacking this year usually have all birthdays done and have started on Xmas cards.

Might pop down to DD's this weekend , not seen her since Xmas , although we talk most days. She has a job so that's something to celebrate. And they forecast rain so will be able to see where the roof leaks... Well the builder will lol
