yes:D, the tree is a 6ft pine from wilkinsons should have been £14.99 i got it for £3, it must have been the display tree as its got gold lametta on and a big sign with wilkinsons on and displaying the prices for all the different sizes of tree.
the pudding bowl was 50p, itsa nice white porcelain ones with something about the 12th day of christmas printed on - i think a pudding must have come in it originally.

got to get on with craft fayre stuff this week time seems to be running away

hope everyone is well and on track

finished the stitchy parts of the 2 door signs

Mrs Moneypenny - the cross stitches are amazing, and I love the hamper.

My xmas organising - set myself a target of writing 20 xmas cards this week, finally got some ink cartridges - £1 shops, home bargains, even wilkos hadn't got any, finally found a pack in Rymans, sounds daft but I like to write xmas cards in fountain pen.

List is now updated for 1001th time - all i have left
Give £10 to Miss Hoodie to get mum and dad a present, (I've spent £15 each so for on them but she gets what she wants then for them!!)
    £50 - mums present
    £50 - dads present
(Have no idea what to get - thou beer and Whisky usually starts dads off well, and knickers for mum!!)
£75 for Miss Hoodie (we've got her new laptop between 3 of us) so far plan is 2104 Ripleys believe it or not book, 2014 Wii dance
£25 - for her stocking prezzies (already got her Hello Kitty Dressing Gown)

    Then I'm done........ xx
    £25
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

    Hi all

Mrs M. love the cross stitch and thanks for the explanation about the snail. The hamper contents looks really good. You were really lucky with the new tree and the bowl.

Hi Emma, welcome to the group :)

Echo - that's brilliant that your OH has got invovled.

Susan, that's great you sold the car.

    Sugarspun, hope you are ok.

bossymoo, you've been busy, love the idea of the elves

Mum2one, I remembered your post about writing cards when I was out today and it inspired me to buy some in Card Factory. Do you blot your cards after writing them in ink?

I was trying to picture Grandad Hoodie in the striped hat!

I spent £15 in the 99p shop and only one was a possible present, (I might keep it for myself) a screwdriver (that looks like a pen) that has a number of different ends you can use for all those really fiddly jobs like glasses, clocks etc.

The main items I went in for weren't available eg shampoo - they only had loads of shelves of conditioner. I also wanted limescale remover (the type for kitchen taps) and superglue and masking tape.
