Angela I make sweet bouquets. They look massive and you can use any container and add as many or as little sweets as you want, very cost effective and everyone loves them
Sweet bouquets
I never tried making the netted ones
I glad you had a good day out and it wasnt spoilt
Well I went all the way to Morrisons today and they had no sweets left, I actually went to two, I also know lots of people who have been and they`ve sold out, I know the offer was until they sold out but asking around they ran out the beginning of the week. At least at Asda they are 50p more but at leasy you can buy them
Should I say great minds think alike or you and Grandad Hoodie meeting in the choc ailse..... he did Morrisons even the lonely Quality street had gone, so off to Asda - Celebrations and Heros.... May have to go 2mor for another 2 - it will be Xmas...

I have rehomed some of the minions - my friends daughter is mad on them (thou shes 28!) so shes had gloves, minion toy, ipod container and the one eyed hat - she was so exicted.
Miss Hoodie got the 2 eyed hat, done her some mitts, and last night a striped container for her new phone.
2ngt just finished striped mitts in yellow and blue for grandad hoodie - the wool in never ending:cool:
Made batch of orange marmalade with bucks fizz - ready for xmas hampers...
Having a few lazy days - got lectured today by asthma clinic - my peak flow too low, so rest and 5 days of steriods... great till I start craving boiled eggs...
Miss Hoodie she has Harvest festival at church 2mor, shes made a little box to take in, (photo to follow!!)...
So back to the xmas planning. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hi all
mum2one, what's this about boiled eggs?
Do your fingers/arms hurt after all that knitting? I had to give up knitting/crochet/stitching because I used to overdo it and get rsi.
Susan when I tried looking at your link it said I needed a password
I'm going this afternoon to shops, then see if any of my friends are out. I've given myself a bad headache staying in yesterday as I spent too much of it online.0 -
I am now about half way through my Xmas shopping which is great. Boots point event is in my store 31st October so I will buy lots more stuff then. Afew normally request money or vouchers so that's easy. Im pleased with my progress so far:money::rotfl::T0

I shouldn't laugh but everytime I take steriods, I absolutely crave soft boiled eggs, I have to have them, as bad as a pregnancy craving!
I can only knit smaller things now and pick up put down, its frustrating as I use to love knitting aran jumpers, the knitting at mo got all rows wrote out, so its easier, but I've got couple kids knits to do for Xmas.
Angela - I thought it was just me when I went through the link it wanted a google password.... thought it was this computer.
Hope the headache has gone, and you have a good weekend at the shops.
Anyone want to swop places - got flu jab and diabetic review (so lecture expected) xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
