I have just found your new thread and wanted to say happy new year to you & yours!

I am sure the one person you let down knows you have a lot on your plate, perhaps you could put their order on your to do list and maybe one day you will get round to it.

    Hi Jo4.
Thanks for the greetings, Happy New year to you as well.
I will aim to organise my work/life pattern with the hobbies etc, and organise some sort of place too keep my Orders etc tidy. That would help. Most things are/were scribbled down on pieces of Paper and then I miss place them. (Envelopes being the main).
I really have to concentrate on Organising my home, my days, etc etc and especially sorting out a place to work that is not just a bit of table cleared off at the time, or in a room that is so stuffed with bags and boxes I cannot relax and the clutter is suffocating me.
I think I could do with a De Clutter buddy!.
    Is there such a thing?

This afternoon I am taking DGD to go and see her Mum, and if the place is tidy enough she may be able to stay the night.
That would be good for the pair of them. They havent seen each other since boxing day.
It will be good for me, as I can then clear up DGD's room and not have her in the way taking everything back cos she wants it or needs it etc etc.
Not that I am feeling in the mood for decluttering, but its a necessity if we want to get on with our life and she wants to have her toys at hand and not just in a heap at the side of the room!. (I can also reduce the clothes that do not fit her as well. She will keep stuff as someone or other gave it too her. She always remembers who as well!).

Not in the mood to declutter.
Had a soak in the bath, texting a friend, not sure what to do this evening. Decided I will go for a walk to the shop and get a bottle of wine. Who knows I might watch a film or something when I get back.

Hope you are enjoying your wine! The decluttering can wait to when your DGD is back at school. I need to declutter but this weekend is going to be hectic so hubby & I are going to start on Monday!

the wine is ok. took a while to chill. felt very strange walking down the street on an evening. Dgd rang earlier in tears wanting to see me, $ priceless. Assured her that she would see me tomorrow. she was fine after that or i would have gone and got her. hasten this was before the wine.

I hope you are ok this morning.

Sometimes alcohol brings out all sorts of emotions that we are normally able to keep in check.

Hopefully it was just the release you need to get yourself back up and fighting - sometimes a good cry really helps.

It wasnt really the alcohol. it was following another thread and it got me upset at the system and the boys being adopted.
Life is not always so easy to deal with and I get depressed still. Especially over the loss of my boys.

Well its been a long day, and my back is really bad.
Too much bending and picking things up as I went through DGD's room, that I should have done.
At lunch time i picked her up from Mum. No problems, although she was later to bed then normal.
This afternoon we went to the shop for some groceries.
Then I tidied up the clothes that had been washed, and around the house, and in piles in the bedroom.
Then I finished personalising the bag for the birthday for tomorrw.
This evening I have been doing more washing, some of which is Twin1's to get her black bags out of her room.
Time to get DGD dry and up to bed.
Think another hot bath needed for my back.

Dgd had a birthday party to go too today. 11 till 1pm so we took down the tree and the trimmings. We walked both ways which meant that I did the walk back twice within 2 hours and boy didnt my body know it.
Spent the rest of the day faffing around in the kitchen it seems although i did rest for an hour before Biggest of Mooloo brought my other Dgd. She is stopping the night as I have her all day tomorrow. Her other nanny will be back on duty next week.
Trying to get a menu plan done but lost interest and diverted too here.
