Goin for a Thai so cannot wait!!
Dxxx
According to the Eat Out guide, Thai is better than Chinese or Indian for getting good points value!!! Lucky you, I love Thai!!!
I've baked a light lemon cake from the WW website.....not sure how cake-y it's going to be, and not entirely sure it's going to come out of the tin very well, but at only 3 pints a slice I thought it was worth the punt.....I will let you know how it goes!!!
Hope everyone is doing OK. I went for a long walk after the school run this morning, might go for a swim tomorrow, or jst my dvd at home ( I have the 30Day Shred, which is quite hard but only 20 mins!) I thought I'd aim for three lots of exercise during the school week (no problem about babysitters or DH being back so I can go out)......one swim, one DVD, one walk.0 -
Lost 1lbs! So total now 4.5 pounds! In two weeks. Wish it was coming off a bit faster!0

Well done Vikki :T:TITV comp winner no 410

It may have been mentioned on here before but I haven't seen it. There is a brilliant smartphone app called Ultimate Food Diary. It is a WW PP based system and has all the elements of the official app and more. It even has a bar code scanner to calculate points. It will work out your points allowance and maintain your diary. It was originally only available on Android but now works on iPhone. I would heartily recommend it. It only costs £1.99.0

Well done on the losses everyone.
I have an I Phone & I just use the WW App.
I changed from Monthly Pass to Esource this month so I only pay £6.99 a month & I get all the online access.

Well done Vikki on the loss.....I agree, it's so much more encouraging when it's a bit more, but as DollyRocker says, slow and steady wins the race! I do think it's better to have it come off steadily, in that I think then it's easier to keep it off than if you lose a lot very quickly.
Lemon cake is OK....it's tastes fab, but wasn't quite cooked enough. Might tweak the recipe if I do it again.
Well, I walked the kids to school, then WALKED to the pool and had a swim and then walked home!! Go me!!
Now having a nosey on here, then I'll have some lunch and ought to head upstairs to sort out the laundry....it's all washed and dry, but needs sorting, ironing and putting away. Groan........0 -
I have made some 0pp soup.
Carrot, onion, leek, veg stock - will blitz it all together.
Really wanted turnip in there but there wasn't any.
Hope its nice & yummy in my tummy

Hi All,
I posted on here earlier in the week about how I'd had 2 bad days and really couldn't get back into WW well.... I got weighed this morning and have lost 2lbs! I'm really chuffed with that since I did have 2 bad day's and have been trying to get back into it, but this loss has encouraged me loads!
Off out tomorrow night, I will attempt to count the points in the alcohol but do usually loose track quite early on lol either way I know I just need to be that extra bit careful next week with my food choices
Hope everyone's had a good week and has lost! xx0 -

Well done!! :T It's funny, isn't it, how some weeks go well and you don't lose as much as you think, and then a bad week can mean a good loss???? Good start, keep going!
I met a friend in Startbucks today, so had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast so I could enjoy a cheddar and mushroom croissant for 12 points!!! I took a pic of the eat out page on my phone last night so I had it with me. I came back from the school run and did my workout dvd so that's offset it a bit too!!! I won't do any exercise over the weekend, too much to do with kids/houework etc. Need to pop out in a mo to get some fresh bits for my tea - chicken tikka salad. Then off to the dentist with the children after school......boo!!! I hate going to the dentist!
Right, have a good day all x0
