Thats great news! Congratulations! I still haven't monetised ... and an interview sounds like a really good idea. I want to finish my tea, and then .... can I sit upright, with my eyes open, long enough to get to your blog this evening? If not, its first on the list tomorrow :)

  • We had green, it might be mumbo jumbo but my son slept through night at 7 weeks and was a very good baby and very bright! Now he is 6 and gets to choose himself, he choose yellow :-)

I find the whole monetising a website really daunting, but I need to get a bit of a grip! If I want to create side incomes, this is a really obvious step to take.... :):o and thanks for stopping by :)

    It's Friday :j :j

I'm meeting a friend for a blogging day tomorrow which I'm really looking forward to; we're going to talk through our ideas and different ventures :) her blog is completely different to mine, but we have similar aims in terms of where we want to take them. Plus I get to have a day out with a friend, which means ladies who lunch :D

Another NSD for me today; I made some egg mayonaise from eggs in the fridge and had egg mayo sandwiches for lunch :) we've had chicken curry for tea with an orange pepper chucked in as it was lurking in the bottom of the fridge. Also good for the old 5-a-day intake ;)

Transferred £3.79 into savings today - every little helps :rotfl: in all seriousness, most of our savings are transferred when it's payday, so it's just little trickles into the savings accounts during the rest of the month. It works for us :) and the small amounts all add up!

    I'm so glad it's the weekend :)

That sounds great! Do tell what decisions you've made :) And how are you feeling?

We talked through some aims and bounced ideas off each other; my main aim by the end of 2015 is to have made some money somehow via my site - vague or what?! :rotfl: have a bit more of a concrete plan too which is good for clarity of mind.

I'm tired today, not particularly looking forward to tomorrow but ho hum, only 5 weeks to go until the end of term :)

Managed to spend £23.51 on this week's food, which I'm really pleased about :) we've had slow roasted belly pork with sweet potato mash and broccoli for tea. I was going to make a pear crumble but couldn't be bothered :p so I'll do that at some point during the week.

Me and DH have been to see Jurassic World today, which I enjoyed :) Jurassic Park is one of my favourite films (does that make me sad?) so it was interesting to see how different the advances in technology can make the dinosaurs look ;) got some chocolate from Mr Ms in the food shop so no expensive treats for us from the cinema bit. Although, the warm popcorn did smell good - I swear they do it on purpose!

Other than that, not much to report. Can't believe that the weekend is almost over, again, but only 5 more days until the next one :)

Doesn't make you sad at all! It's a clever film, ticks all the boxes, and its funny and breathtaking by turns :)
