I've been to my first pregnancy yoga class tonight and I really enjoyed it
lots of stretching techniques to help all the aches and pains - especially lower back which is where I'm struggling a bit at the moment
I properly zoned out in the relaxation bit at the end, it was marvelous
Another NSD for me today - I took Greek yogurt and fruit salad topped with granola for lunch, which was really tasty. I'm still trying to get my 5 a day! I'm also becoming more aware of trying to be sensible with eating so I'm not gaining too much weight too quickly. I feel huge
I've written a blog post today about starting a stockpile, as I think it's something we're going to be doing from now until baby arrives. I do also intend to do a batch cooking freezer session nearer the time, so that we'll have some healthy "ready meals" to hand for those first couple of weeks. That's the plan, anyway!

Oh my goodness, I'm so tired today :wall: it has just been one of those days where it drags so badly and patience is at an all time low. I cannot seem to get comfortable at night and seem to be awake most of the time at the moment
Another NSD for me today. I had beans on toast for breakfast this morning, which I've not ever done before on a week day (!), took greek yogurt/strawberries/raspberries/blueberries and granola for lunch and then we had tuna pasta bake for tea.
I feel so unmotivated todayBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Just remember - nobody ever looks at a glowing pregnant woman and thinks 'what a fatty'! Seriously, it's the one time where having a big belly is a badge of honour, be kind to yourself0

Thank you E and beanie
Boy, am I glad it's Friday. Absolutely shattered! Struggling to get enough sleep now, as can't stay comfortable for long enough (isn't pregnancy attractive?) and also getting far too hot. Joy! I'm looking forward to a lazy morning tomorrow and not having to get up at the alarm.
It's been a NSD for me today; had porridge for breakfast, followed by the granola/berries/yogurt combo for lunch and some mini cheddars. Got a mushroom and chickpea stew bubbling away at the moment, which we'll have with some rice. I've then got some very tasty ben and jerrys to have for afterwards - it's one of the core ones and oh so tastyit was half price in Mr Ms....
Some small account shuffles done today; looking forward to payday when I can do the big ones, including the mortgage OP. Once I've been paid again this month, we're going to go and buy the car...!

Loving the stockpiling, that's what I did before retirement.

So, I weighed myself this morning and I appear to have lost a lb this week
which isn't supposed to happen at this point! Also, went to a family gathering last night and lots of people commented on how small/neat my bump is, so perhaps I'm not the giant monster I currently feel like I am
Having Sunday dinner followed by apple crumble today so I'll have put it back on by tomorrow no doubtI am finding it hard though, so when I have my next antenatal appointment on Wednesday, I'm going to ask a couple of questions about it.
Today should be a NSD, but won't declare it until later
Happy Sunday everyoneBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
