It still amazes me though, the ones who try and hand them out to the husband when it's obvious he's already with someone, and even worse, the ones that try and hand them out to the wife! I was like "really, do I look like I want a call girl?!".
I think you're forgetting where you are:eek:

The problem with the Beatles tickets, is even if they come back in 'stock', they may not have left for you to redeem for the date you want to use them for (I gather the box office have a set amount of tickets per night allocated for myVegas use and you phone the box office to redeem your code, and get your 'real ticket' ... so when they're gone, they're gone)
That being said, refreshes used to happen at 7am Vegas time (3pm here) - can't guarantee that is still the case, but good luck anyways!
Well i will see, the gf loves the beatles so got to be worth a shot, im making her come to meatloaf for the 5th time im sure i can put up with the beatles to make her happy hahaHalifax loan - 6800 - 198 DD a month

Yes, good point! :rotfl:0 -
Purely as the first time we went with empty suitcases they lost the suitcase (I suspect that someone thought everything had fallen out and they ditched it) - since then the other half has just old sheets or curtains in to make an empty bag weight something - chucks them when we get there (or gives them to homeless if they are around)
I'm totally serious, she goes with nothing in her bag. At all.
Ah, I didn't realise there would actually be nothing in it at all lol. We usually go with light cases and come back with heavy ones. Even if I was stuck to make them look full I'd just be splitting the stuff so just fairly light (but not empty and ready to be binned...that's a shame they did that).0 -
i think for our next trip, we'll pre-pay for a third suitcase on the way back and buy a cheap one out there to fill.
hmm, though we may able to put one case inside another on the way out... we don't take nearly as much stuff now as when we first went (another reason for having the washer/dryer in the room, yeah!)

Yep - she's already got four boxes of stuff sat there at the hotel waiting for our Saturday arrival (some of its been there a week, we'll need to give them a gift)

Case in case is the best
Must admit though, we're a little light on suitcases for this trip (thanks Thomas Cook) so we're probably off to a Walmart during the week to get something for the return transport.0 -

sounds the way to go then! we do have 2 matching cases, one MED size, one LRG, so will aim to pack the MED case, then plonk it inside the large case.
then borrow another regular case and pack that as our second case0 -

I'm gonna need a bigger case.
LOL i dread to think how shes going to fit all her clothes in the way THERE let alone the way back! Im going to have to train her up on the art of 'man packing'Halifax loan - 6800 - 198 DD a month

The first time my other half went to NYC she took a full case...she wore none of it.
Pack light, buy lots is our US trip motto - we only go together every three years or so...0
