I know, but then I come back and find out that 3 spins later a bonus triggered and I have made no progress at all. :) I am actually not sure if I will use my 3rd reward...we feel we're maxxed out on dining options already and nothing else seems like particularly good value. Toyed with the idea of one of the monorail rewards which I know do not count toward your 3...but then we were concerned on how/where those can be redeemed. We shall see where I am in a couple of weeks and make a decision then.
A quick look at the Monorail facebook/ website suggests you take your voucher to a customer service window who will issue you with a ticket. It seems to be as easy as picking up tickets from a box office.

ok - that's kind of what we assumed and puts us off as there are not customer service windows at all stations, at least there didn't used to be when we had to go to MGM to redeem a voucher and the booth hours were not always in line with when there was someone actually at the booth...we start our trip at Bally's so if we knew we could pick things up there it may encourage us...but we're not that fussed about it, just may be a way to use some of the points I have.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I did try the autospin but like Ferf says came back to it and found I needed to do something on a bonus round ,at least i think I did it was a loooong time ago now.

My Vegas bores me to death...but I'll be pleased enough with my freebies in a little over 2 weeks, I suppose.

When/if I get enough followers on Twitter to try this one we'll see how I feel about it.

Just realised a few people including yourself had followed me. I've now followed you all back.

The chef game seems to have the least amount of interaction, so I always play that.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.
  • Thanks everyone for your responses to my questions about ID etc. Getting excited now...we've packed already! Now just a week of trying-to-leave-work-for-a-holiday chaos to get through :( then we're off! :D

    200 and bl00dy 30 days for me, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!! :D:D:D

On a side note, am wondering what to do with this scenario...
Were going to LA for 3 nights, that said, Thurs to Sun..... Fri & Sat = Memorial weekend (May 23rd-25th)

Picked the 'Hampton Inn' in Santa Clarita as its close to Six Flags and has better reviews than the Hilton Garden Inn Six Flags.....
Using Trivago.co.uk, shows up as !!!!!!!!!!! as the cheapest to book for 1 night which would be the Thursday, for £61.38 (non-refundable rate), i'd use my Hilton honours points for the Friday night......
As I got no idea what the average rate for that hotel would be, I do wonder where to book now just in case it does go up, based on that particular weekend? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

The sat night, were gonna be staying in the Holiday Inn @ Hermosa Beach, even that is showing up as £100 for the Sat night at the mo, but as above, unsure if that's a good rate or not...
Just wonder whether to book now, despite being many many months away! :D
