Does anyone know if it's possible to check the details of a room booking online for MGM Grand? I booked a couple of rooms a couple of months back, but the confirmation emails don't give details of room type and price etc., they only give me the confirmation number!!

Rates look great. and they are available for most weekend nights, the upgraded rooms look really nice to ($20 resort fee)

they will have probably cleaned up their act by now after getting done for having hookers and drugs on premises ;)

was reading reviews of Palms on vegasmessageboard the other day and most say it has gone downhill and casino always empty.

Can I ask what you did differently to get it to work?
I get to the page which has my address, card details, seat details and a 'get tickets' button - basically the last stage of the process but clicking this button just seems to refresh the page and doesn't take me to a confirmation.

EDIT........ I think I might know the answer - I was trying to use a Visa debit but thinking about it they probably are looking for Visa CC. I can't try with a CC due to issues earlier in week with Lloyds but that's a whole other story!

Received email from Aria reservations confirming they will match and reduce by 10% a cheaper rate we found on quickrooms.com

Staying 8 nights from 16th August, now costing £445 all in, including resort fee!!

Emailed the claim form along with screenshots of the booking page on quickrooms on Monday got this reply last night

    Dear Mr. zaffi,

Thank you for submitting your Best Rate Guarantee claim form to ARIA Room Reservations.

After researching and reviewing your claim carefully, we have honored the lower rate you found at quickrooms.com and included an additional 10% off discount. Your revised rate will be $57.32 (subject to 12% tax and $25 Resort Fee). A confirmation letter has been sent in a separate email and the rate difference has been refunded to your credit card on file.

    Original room rate: $175/175/113/113/113/113/113/175 = $1090 + 12% tax and daily resort fee = $1444.80 stay total
Quickrooms room rate: USD$794.69 (based on today’s exchange rate) stay total
$794.69 / 8 nights = $99.34 per night including tax and resort fee
$63.69 net rate per night (subject to 12% tax and $28 resort fee)
New room rate with 10% off discount: $57.32
****Please be advised rates quoted above does not include 12% sales tax and $28 daily Resort Fee****

Looking forward to welcoming you as a guest at ARIA and please do not hesitate to contact us if we may be of further assistance.

    Thank you,

Genuinely stunned that they matched it without any fuss and they included the resort fee in the quickrooms price.

Also loving the 2013 thread :T
