My booking for next year is a surprise for my Mums 60th
Not sure I'll be able to keep it quiet til then, I've already had to stop myself talking about Vegas a few times and there's over a year to go
Lucky Mum!I don't think I'd be able to keep quite about it for a whole year, I'd be itching to say something!
Just edited my previous post as I noticed in the quote above I'd put 3 months  It's 2 months until we go!0 -

I'll probably tell her once its all paid for, then she can prepare and go clothes shopping or something
Those 2 months will fly by!
Myvegas has added House of Blues to their partner rewards now, but they aren't classed as one of your 3 rewards from MGM so you can buy in addition, like with the Monorail and Wolfgang Puck!0 -

I hope so! If we'd been more organised with our passports, we'd originally planned to go about the 3rd August, then it was the end of August (but of course hubby couldn't get that week of work), so now it's 25th Sept, but I'm just so impatient!
Probably a good idea telling her once it's booked, as us women love to prepare and shop for new stuff for our hols!Awwww I bet she'll be so chuffed, she'll be telling everybody where she's off to etc!
What hotel are you stopping in?0 -
Waiting to check in online later today, getting v excited!!!!! Lots more packing to do today.
We start our trip tomorrow flying into LA, we actually get to Vegas on August 8th. Can't believe after so much planning we are finally going!!!0 -

I've already made an excuse to get her to check her passport, just in case it ran out in the next year
Its booked now, but I'll tell her when its paid off I think, staying at the MGM Grand is it was the best deal I could find - staying in a Grand Queen room and flying direct from Manchester with Thomas Cook.
I've been before, but only for 2 nights as part of an organised tour, but she's never been to the USA before0 -

Hehe, mine is for my boyfriend's 40th in August next year. He knows we're going away, but he doesn't know where. If I can, I don't want to tell him until we're at check-in, because I know for sure he thinks I've booked Mauritius / Thailand / Dubai or something.
