I do play Myvegas in the hope of being able to buy something great if i ever get to go which is more likley now
! i have 150k of coins to spend i think!
Halifax loan - 6800 - 198 DD a month
Barclay card 0% - £2000 - £150 DD a month0 -
you have 150k in LP's ?!! you been playing a while then!!! (LP's = gold coins!)... Better to use LP's for a show, or food options.....
I can email you a voucher (multiple prints) which is 2-4-1 on the NYNY coaster.....
Ok, if I were u and I were gonna book something, this is what I just found now....
Flights (US Airways flight, same as you already seen).
Book with 'TRAVELUP', cost is £570 each (I used travelup last year)
Book "PARIS" hotel with Lowcostusa.co.uk, cost is £142.50 each
TOTAL: £712.50 each
HOWEVER..........
Book direct with Paris Hotel, and then follow there best rate deal
(http://www.parislasvegas.com/best-rate-guarantee.html)
submit screenshots of Paris advert on lowcostusa, they will drop the price down to £128.25 each
Which gives a new total: £698.25
Easy peasy!0 -

Oh awesome! yes i have been dreaming of going for a while and figured i would play it when i found it on here b4!!
Ok its as easy as that? I might book this when i get home from work and the GF is with me!! I will keep you updated but £700 for 6 nights in vegas, wont find me moaning
She basically has always wanted to go America for Halloween so i presume they will have lots going on and parties for the 31st etc?
*edit* I've just checked via paris website using the promo they have and one date is a black date it says so we cant book? that wont effect the price guarantee will it when i ask them?Halifax loan - 6800 - 198 DD a month

You don't use any promos, etc. you would do a straight up booking...
The worst case scenario is:
You book, pay 1 night (which is high cos your checkin day is Saturday!), submit the Best Rate stuff, allow them the time they state to price match, if they don't do it ontime, send a chase email, and if still nothing, you call them...
If they fail to honour, you canel booking and depending on exchange rate, you either gain a few pennies or lose a few pennies.....
Then book somewhere else!0 -
I did the rollercoaster at NY NY last time I was in Vegas - hungover.
Given that I feel sick just looking at rollercoasters like the Big One in Blackpool I still can't believe I did it.
I almost chickened out, but seeing all the kids running onto it made me try and 'man up' a bit.
My legs were like jelly when I got off it.
Watch this great video of it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yltlSuWqvzc -
I think they have free passes for it on Myvegas if you play that?
That's what always got me to go on the Big One in Blackpool, seeing all the little kiddies excitedly queuing up to go on it, and I always thought, well if they can do it so can I! :rotfl:
I've just had a look at this myvegas thing, do you need Facebook to use it? I don't have Facebook and don't want it either. Is there any other similar sites to earn discounts or get vouchers etc? I had a look at that restaurant.com last night, but it didn't have many restaurants on that I would probably visit.0 -

Thanks Stuie
So are these ones that you buy now before you go and print out a voucher or do they send you something through?
I'll check them all out later. We're planning on doing something like this http://www.viator.com/tours/Las-Vegas/Hidden-Valley-and-Primm-Valley-Extreme-RZR-Tour-from-Las-Vegas/d684-3501O0074 and want to see Penn and Teller, maybe eat at the Paris Restuarant up the Eiffel Tower, so I'll see if there is any bargains to be had.0 -

I know my limits now and wouldn't go near the Big One
Yep its a Facebook game, but a lot of people seem to set up a seperate account to their own to use it - so you could easily set it up as a fake name - it doesn't have to match your ID to redeem, so long as your MLIFE account that you link it to is in the correct name (if that makes sense?)
Its worth doing, as if you get enough coins you can redeem and get free Cirque shows etc. I joined a month ago when I decided I'd definitely be doing Vegas next year, and am up to 49,000 coins - and I set up an account in my mums name to play and earn her rewards too.0 -
