we like October a lot, we're going mid-end this year again - it's perfect for us but we don't like it too hot...we haven't been for Halloween though - I can imagine that would be something to behold. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I thought that too, bubble and just checked and at least on some it does say it's limited to one per My Vegas player...which I take to mean I can buy one and my hubby could buy one but I couldn't buy two - one for each of us.

Yep, you're right Ferf. I only know of one reward where someone's spotted you can have more than one - that's the cocktails at Octane (apparently you can have two of them)

my understanding is you could redeem each 'opportunity' once within a 30 day timeframe (ie. hit the mlife desk once in 30 days to get your 'coupon' for each redemption)... the only exception for this was the same 'destination' but a different offer... ie. if you redeemed a reward of buffets for 2 people @ Bellagio, you could then go on to redeem the 1 person buffet @ Bellagio as technically its a different offer and has superceded the previous one....

I could be completely wrong, but I am playing it safe to take that approach... don't want to rock up in Vegas to be denied (as the redemption choice once you're in vegas is limited due to your IP address identifying you as a "local")

I got it slightly wrong, some rewards allow multiple purchase, but as you say, most say limited to 1 player which counts in the 30 day period, and each reward does tell u its limitations :)

hmmm...OK - I took the limit of one per MyVegas player to be once and then you couldn't redeem that particular offer again ever...

It's not likely to be an issue for me as I'm guessing if I stick with it long enough to get anything for our trip in October (at the rate they are increasing the requirements) it may be a minor miracle.

I'm gutted at the change in Zarkana tickets already (and I don't care if the pair is now better seats than before)...while it seemed reasonably doable if a bit of a slog...now it seems like it may not be worth it at all - especially if they can change the points requirement again in the meantime.

Me thinks you folks who jumped in early were the wise ones and maybe if I would have come around earlier I could have had a good run too. :)

that would be me! wise that is! ;)
As for the shows & food options we got as soon as i had enough chips, all those deals have either doubled, changed value or something else!!

However, heres an analysis of how the game sometimes works, most works!! :D
I start with 66602 chips, and choose to play Bet the Farm, doing 25 spins a time set at 850chips per spin.... (IE: total bet amount will is 21250 chips) at lvl 82 (wifes account, not mine), 25 spins earns 10 LP's (wow!!! :D:D )
After 25 spins, i am down: 5200 chips (no bonus spin)
After 2nd set, i am down: 8625 chips (no bonus spin)
3rd set, i am down: 2500 chips (no bonus spin)
4th set, i am down: 13800 chips (no bonus spin)
5th set, i am down: 16150 chips (no bonus spin)
6th set, i am down: 4350 chips (no bonus spin)

So basically, i now have 15977 chips remaining and have completed 150 spins with no bonus.
Loving the pattern, which is lose lose lose!! :D
7th set of spins gets me a bonus spin, and i win 10600 chips
8th set of spins gets a bonus spin, and i win 3625 chips

    So now have 30202 chips....
9th set, i am down 10000 chips, no bonus spin
10th set, i am down 12950, no bonus spin
11th set, i hit 'DING DONG, please buy chips to watch yourself LOSE all the time'

So there you have it, MyVegas in a nutshell! haha !!! I think in the past 3 weeks, the game has tightned up a lot, harder to win, more frustrating than anything....oh well, its kinda free i guess!! :D:D

Your travel authorization is under review because an immediate determination could not be made. This response does not indicate negative findings. A determination will be available within 72 hours. Return to this website to retrieve and view the ESTA status of a previously submitted authorization for one or for a group of two or more persons.

Slightly concerned with this esta visa response, got no reason to get refused. Is this common?
