    A UU at last!

    3) No7 Protect and Perfect Hand Cream - WNBA. It's not bad, it's just that you can buy better hand creams for less money.

You've just 'made' me add that link to my favourites. You're a bad influence. This thread is like going to AA (Alcoholics Anonymous, not the Automobile Association!) and then going to the pub for a drink afterwards! :rotfl:

Yes - I suffered with that when I first joined and went astray with S&G and LIB - it does pass and the novelty does wear off. Just try to be strong - I am so desperate this year to reclaim some cupboard space that my will power is staying strong.

Have you got a Tangle Teaser?

Hi yes we have a tangle teaser (on to our third now) but her hair is very thick and the knots seem to go underneath even with the tangle teaser. If we didn't have the tangle teaser then the screams would be even more deafening. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Kiplingmonkey - I've always had the knotty hair problem, especially as I child. I discovered the best way to fight the tangles is to use a wide tooth Afro comb when I conditioner my hair in the shower. Put the conditioner in and comb through with the wide tooth comb before rinsing and it gets rid of the knots really easily. Hope this is of some use!
  • UU TIGI Peace love And the planet shampoo WNBA irritated my scalp I think TIGI products are just to perfumed for me.

Ins a day and night serum to trial possibly No 7?!
  • So much for my peace of mind. Family drama has me in tears again. I sometimes think about just changing all my numbers so I can't be contacted any more.

Its a toss up between alcohol or internet shopping right now :(

Oh dear, sorry to hear this. Do you think a nice bath might work.... perhaps with a glass of wine...?

Oh dear, it sounds like a tough week rogueylawyer... hugs xx

kiplingmonkey - I am having the same problem with the knots! I've been growing my hair and it is now at lower back length. It has started knotting terribly after washing and also randomly in the day! I noticed some shampoos caused more problems than others (not always directly after my shower, but sometimes even later in the day by leaving my hair a bit dry). I've been using the round shower comb by Denman to comb through a conditioner in my hair in the shower. & A tangle teezer to comb my hair after showering. Still getting some knots though - if you or anyone hears/knows of anything useful, please do let me know :)

    Some UU:
    1. Liz Earle Skin Repair Moisturiser Dry/Sensitive 15ml - WMBA, but I like my moisturisers even thicker/moisturising than this so may try the superskin moisturiser if I ever order this/the whole set again.
    2. Sanctuary Relax Cocooning Body Butter 100ml - WMBA on sale, but nothing special
    3. Body Shop Mango Shower Gel 250ml - probably WNBA, there are other scents I like more

    IN
    1. Raspberry Body Butter 200ml - I like this so far!

    Xxx

I've gone a step further and am making cocktails. Just made a diy version of my favourite cocktail ever, with a slight twist.

Am now looking up proper cocktail equipment and martini glasses.... :D
