Welcome newbies !! one UU today, Lush facemask. WIBA? yes - its really nice. Not for a while though, I need to save some money, so my voucher will go on shampoo when i need that!!!
xxsally1990xx - one thing I think all of us who have been around for a LONG time can agree on, is if you find something that works and you love (im thinking about your comments about the moisturiser) its worth spending the cost on (after reserching online to see if you can get it cheaper or through top cashback or something !) because what happened to most of us, is that we'd keep buying and trying - and products dont save you money if you have to keep replacing cos they arent much good.... Not telling you TO buy that moisturiser - just thinking its something that you might not have thought of when faced with a £30 bill (well, thats what I always forget!)Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
UU no2 Lush Ultra Bland Cleanser sample pot WDBA really loved it felt it removed more makeup than other cleansers, just need to finish what's left in the stash, but its looking like going forward I'll be buying Lush UltraBland for evenings/removing makeup and Lush Angels on Bare Skin for mornings.
These are the first Lush products that I've tried, so will probably try more things when stash is gone.0 -
Hello everyone. Can't believe it's Sunday already
Two UUs to report, OPI Polish Remover 30ml. This came as part of an OPI set from QVC and I think I would buy it again. I think it worked really well on removing polish, but this could be because I've only worn OPI nail varnish recently so it could just be that it's the varnish that's easier to remove? Has anyone got any thoughts on this?
Batiste Wild 200ml WBA works just as well as the other fragrances.
1 IN too. I had two of those free vouchers from TBS and disappointingly but unsurprisingly they were only worth £3 each. I bought the metal blackhead remover and the Coconut Shower Cream 400ml. Was pleased as this had been reduced to £3.50 so I only spent 50pand I know I like it too.
LIB advent calendar still hasn't arrived yet which I'm a bit annoyed about and there's no parcel tracking eitherSaving for our wedding July 2013!0 -
5 - one of the packs of Simple face wipes.
I've been exfoliating more recently and instead of a body brush I tend to put those scrubby hand mit things on and dry brush before bathing...so much less faff...and less product to replace too. I also use hand cream as foot cream, it's thick enough.
Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

Another UU S&G Flakeaway, I know lots of people on here don't like it, I'm not sure about it either, so WNBA especially as getting fed up of S&G. I do though have a couple more in my stash from getting baught up in the S&G hype a few months ago.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

And some UUs to make my day:
Liz Earle daily eye repair - WBA, does what it says on the tin and a lovely light texture that doesn't leave my eyes greasy. No need to restock just yet though as have started another 5ml tube this morning.

I've only just realised that I have not seen any QVC at all today. That's a turning point for me as I would have sat and watched at least one of the TSV demos. Have been quite busy. Cleaned the rabbit hutch, made some homemade guacamole, went to Sainsbury's, did Biggest Loser Workout, showered. Now awaiting my tea. Am starving now.
When you put £5.00 in a pot re: the TSVs was it for all beauty TSVs or just the ones that you would have bought? Have had a nosey at the QVC TV Guide and can see TSVs coming up for Decleor, Nails Inc and Liz Earle. Out of all of those there's only the LE one that may tempt me so I was thinking of only putting a fiver in my pot for that one?xxsally1990xx - one thing I think all of us who have been around for a LONG time can agree on, is if you find something that works and you love (im thinking about your comments about the moisturiser) its worth spending the cost on (after reserching online to see if you can get it cheaper or through top cashback or something !) because what happened to most of us, is that we'd keep buying and trying - and products dont save you money if you have to keep replacing cos they arent much good.... I was going to post something along the same lines as trudij. If something aint broken don't try to fix it! You may find the moisturiser online at a considerably cheaper price and saved yourself the torture of trying to find a dupe for it. You may also find that with regular usage you don't need much of the moisturiser each time you apply due to your skin adapting to it. Does this make sense?CharlotteK wrote: »Hello everyone. I really don't rate OPI nail lacquer remover and much prefer the Cutex cleansing remover. I have had a small bottle of OPI recently and have tipped it in with the Cutex one rather than have two bottles on the go. Can't say I've noticed any difference!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

It is getting very confusing now in the kitchen as I have several M&S Percy pig money boxes lined up, all for different things - I have to now remember which pig to put the money in....0 -
A few INS- Finally remembered my black pots when i went near Lush today so brazened honey face mask in, spent the No7 coupon on a nail varnish and foot balm to get my feet ready for the sun but alas, I got another voucher lol.Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
CookieMonsta thanks for the heads up about Superslug's dry shampoos. May have to give that a look.
One UU today, John Masters Organics Evening Primrose Shampoo for Dry Hair - WNBA as fairly pricey, doesn't suit my hair type and also really cannot justify £20 for a shampoo when cheaper brands do the job just as well. It was a nice shampoo though and I found it easier to comb my hair but hair went greasy quickly after using it. Cost £20 for £236ml, although I got it in a BB so didn't pay that.
No INs despite going to B00ts , I resisted the temptation to buy anything.
