  • Good morning :D

I am in this week - sort of. Thanks for the lists Dusty :T

We had a heavy night last night as my sister & BIL came over for dinner. They are a bad influence on DH!! He is still in bed (a bit worse for wear). The house is a tip!! DD1 opened her presents yesterday. I had managed to get everyone to put everything away up to that point - so we were back to square one.

This morning I have emptied the DW, and restacked, fed the dog, cleared some glasses etc from LR (inc several wine bottles!!), had 2 cups of tea & wasted some time on the lappy :o I am going to go & get dressed and then take the dog for a walk to clear the cobwebs :) DD1 has taken her presents to her room.

Off I go then - back later :)

Been up to town. What a grim day it is! Parked up (near market :T) and DS said "can we go in that cafe?" so I though oho bargaining power. So the deal was they walk nicely in the market, and don't run around the shops, and don't ask for more toys, then I would take them for a drink and a bun :)

The green grocer wasn't open so it looks like frozen veg, but managed to get some stewing steak, and some other bits and bobs. And yes, the tots got their treat! :A

Back home now and won't be venturing out again today... Brrr.

    Hi Guys I'm back . . . again :o

2012 has been horrible for me and the last few months have been worse. Alot of people putting their problems and pressure on me and I can't cope with it :(

So 2013 is going to be different and if people call me selfish then so be it
I have alot of things I want to achieve and I'm definitely going to need you lot to give me more than a few kicks up the b*tt!
Money is still going to be a problem, I don't have any, need to save loads and have things I need to buy :(
I hope to get lots of bootfairing done this year (weather permitting). I find selling via Ebay and Facebook too much hassle.
I want to get our home decluttered, decorated and garden sorted before next winter.
I will get my children to help more around the house. No more free hand outs, especially DD1 if she won't get a Saturday job then she can damn well work at home! She's 18 this year and it's going to be a nasty shock for her!!

DD1 and I are waiting for DD2 to get back from a sleepover. We're going to have a family meeting, I'm going to put my points over so noone gets confused :) Some jobs are going to be done BEFORE DD1 thinks she's going to her boyfriend's for her night out.

Have home been found for all the presents? Try to get one thing out of the house for each thing in - new socks, get rid of the religious ones etc
    Level Two
Declutter floors Not just into a box or binbag to hide away, try to put things where they belong, a home for everything will make life easier
Sweep/mop/hoover floors you can now see
    Level Three
Chill something fizzy to toast the New Year Not drinking but Sholer in fridge
S&S toilets and sinks (including the kitchen
    [STRIKE]HHI - who has achieved that empty basket?[/STRIKE] Don't do ironing :T
    Extras
Clean WM/DW filters and put through on a clean cycle
    [STRIKE]Meal plan for the week[/STRIKE]
Count some blessings from the year gone by Not sure I'm in the right frame of mind for this

    - hubby/good friends

The deccies came down yesterday and the LR thoroughly cleaned. Have upset local resident "Burt" who is now lurking over the curtains.

    To do:
Upload Christmas photos, start prepping for cadets, walk dogs. One is a bit down in the dumps today, think it's the wind.

    see you all later xxxxx
If you wait for perfect conditions, nothing would ever get done! :T
