Hello............well today was much better, the meeting went well and I managed to get my point across without coming across as a complete wreck! Hopefully things will get better now. I feel absolutely drained, coughed a lot of the night so hoping for more sleep tonight!
Flying - managed to do one load of washing, cook tea and change the bed. Hubby looks worn out (nasty headache) so has toddled off to bed himself.
If the dogs had the ability I'd delegate the washing up to them and sort out the clean washing............they probably would too!
Thank you all so much for your good wishes, it helped a lot!
I'll be more chatty tomorrow..........
xIf you wait for perfect conditions, nothing would ever get done! :T
I'm not short - I'm condensed awesome!0 -
Bossy and Bonnie, hope you recover quickly - can't believe your work are being such idiots Bonnie; so glad I'm out of the whole employed lark - though of course I do miss the money!
Had a really good decluttering session - 3 bags full for the CS, 2 bags in the bin and put odds and ends away in DS's drawers. Looking much better. DD and I made a lovely lasagne for dinner - I got her a nice cookery book for her birthday and we've been enjoying cooking together.
A few things left from today which won't take long:
Thursday Hall, stairs, landing, Bathrooms and loos
Empty the bins
Clean mirrors, shower screens, windows
Put away anything on the stairs

feeling a bit hot and cold and rough but not too sick (I hate being sickso hopefully wont be)
Managed to clean to loo several times so as not to pass on the germs, lots of bleach has been used
Off to bed nowGo hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0 -

With hubby home a lot more at the moment that makes the kitchen a battleground. Empty bottles to recycle laying around. Dirty plates left on every surface. To be fair the surfaces to be need clear, stuff has accumulated.
Anyway, off to do a quick blitz now. :j
Hope everything was ok bonnie, didn't realise your boss and boss's boss were qualified GP/consultants:rotfl:;)
