David Cameron has defended Britain's £11bn foreign aid bill saying the UK Government has a "moral obligation" to help to the world's poorest people.
“The argument of the heart is even when things are difficult at home we should fulfil our moral obligations to the poorest of the world.
There are still more than a billion people living on a dollar a day,” Mr Cameron said.
Do the British public at large agree with this statement?0 -

We all had it too good from 96 through to 2007 we orgied on debt, if we maxed one card we moved to the next. Why do you think payday loans are all the rage? Its because plastic is no longer available to many. This stagnant economy will grow slowly but it will be 10yrs before we are back to normal, (+5 if balls is given keys to no11).

In order to convince the British Public that the Conservatives deserve another term in office they are going to have to choose their words very carefully indeed to convince the country that if they are not given a second term in office we will have a mirror finish of what Labour did to the country last time by going on an unaffodable spending spree.
Choose their words carefully which will not be easy for them but it is their only hope.
Move Cameron and Osborne to the reserve team and they may score points as the country is fed up of their arrogant ways of speaking to the people his bedside manner is much to be desired.0 -

You may be disappointed. I expected it to reinforce all the reasons I detest the woman, instead it focused largely on an old lady suffering the onset of dementia. I thought it was quite cruel in many ways to do this to a living person.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment.
