Oh dear, i think ive accidently deleted my email confirming my last sun holiday for march, need to pay it off by 5th jan (i think) but without the email i dont know my ref number, any ideas?

You don't need to upgrade unless you're allergic to dogs (some parks allow dogs in the basic caravans) or you want heating in the bedrooms.

You do have to pay the service charge per night though, and the per person charge for the holiday varies because they can charge more during the warmer months.

As far as I know, it's never possible to upgrade to a caravan with heating in the bedrooms with the Sun holidays. The max. upgrade you can get with the Sun is Standard, Standard Plus, Superior and Deluxe. Stayed in all of them and none of these have bedroom heating (only the Deluxe Plus, Prestige and Platinum have bedroom heating and you can't upgrade to these with Sun holidays from my experience).

normally the park will let you upgrade when you arrive or call them in advance. I've done it plenty of times and never had a problem

Booked for first time last year.
A little disappointed by the site we stayed at but for the money it was still well worth it.
Already trying to plan where to go this time. just got the priority code.

we done two holidays last year didn't upgrade and both time had heating in the bedrooms!

I've moved addresses, I have contacted the sun holidays to let them now but don't hink I will get a code as it will have gone to old address.

My daughter did this last year - she gave her old and new address and they sent her a new code to use through email and since then they have come to her new address!
