We go to Skegvegas Butlins every year (premier club member) and have never had to show any passes (well never even been sent/given any when we book direct with Butlins!) Always had to show them at Haven and Park resorts and usually got given them on arrival. We have booked an extra Butlins stay with the Sun and were wondering about passes for this - I suppose if they are needed (as the cost is vastly different to even their online offers)they could be purchased on arrival from guest services?No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!
