Ive never been on one to be honest, although I did get a priority code ths morning too. It seems to be all a bit complicated as well as
an extra £xx for this and an extra £xx for that, per person per night, per unit, passes. Does it really work out cheaper.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

It depends on where you go and what date. My parents go to quiet parks out of season around 6 times per year and they find it's cheaper to book directly with the park roughly half of the time, but for all-action Haven or Butlins it's often cheaper to go with the Sun especially if you only want the school holidays. I've never seen Butlins cheaper than the Sun but am happy to be corrected.
You don't need to upgrade unless you're allergic to dogs (some parks allow dogs in the basic caravans) or you want heating in the bedrooms.
You don't have to pay the linen charge if you're able to take your own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
You don't need to pay for entertainment passes if you don't think you'll use the swimming pool, pub, etc. on-site.
You do have to pay the service charge per night though, and the per person charge for the holiday varies because they can charge more during the warmer months.52% tight0 -
