You've inspired me to make curry loaf again! You've got plenty of time to get that Bikini Body. I don't know if it would be your cup of tea but in the past Pilates helped me get a toned stomach and all over toning. Just a DVD, I didn't enjoy the classes. Also I have a weighted hula hoop that is great for my waist, bum and arms. My Thighs are my problem zone .
I'm going to post my date story from my thread below to save people having to look it up - it was a long and complicated thread.
Thanks for the recommendation- I haven't done pilates for years but it would be a good idea as I need to work on my core anyway for other stuff like cycling. My stomach is probably my worst area, thighs too and I know some of it will be skin (when I was a size 8 and had no fat on me I still had a wobbly tummy) but want to tone up as much as I can. I have an ever increasing armoury of home gym stuff, and a cheap version of a power plate that I got on wowcher has arrived today so will making us of all of it during the coming months!
I found your thread earlier and read the whole thing - what a bizarre chap (the window comment really made me :rotfl:) and it must have been such a disappointment to you after the promising initial meeting. Still, at least you know now and can carry on without wondering 'what if'2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

That tale makes me thankful I have no interest in going on dates!!!!!!! anymore and am happily single lol Two hours to weigh in!!0

I read your tale of woe missi, and I think you're well out of it although you handled it as best you could.
I seem to be drifting in and out of SW lately. It's not really deliberate just seem to have a lot on socially. Yesterday I went out to a pub lunch. Just a traditional roast but roasties wouldn't have been SW plus the gravy and a stuffing ball. otherwise OK and didn't want t pudding.
So far today I've had kippers, bread (with spread), some strawberries and a satsuma. I probably won't have anything now but supper (gammon, cauli, broccoli, tomatoes, new potatoes). Only syn there will be cheese sauce.
Good luck for those with WI today.0 -

Good luck everyone for your WI's!
Miss I - oh dear, sounds like a lucky escape, think you handled it incredibly well! I once had a boyfriend in Dublin who used to talk about himself incessantly, we were on the bus once and I was talking to him but he was too busy studying his reflection in the bus window!!! Hope your next date goes a bit better : )
Jinny -I had the same problem when I started SW - it's all the extra fruit, veg, fibre - are you doing green days with lots of pulses? It will settle down in time!
I'm having a really hard time getting motivated ladies and gents, my inspiration is just not there : ( Don't know what's wrong with me but can't afford to gain anymore weight. I was really good today then as soon as I got in from work I had a slice of white bread with mayo and ham whilst my tea was cooking (leftover bolognaise from last night). Last night I had a really good day then blew it by having a huge bowl of rice krispies. I need a good boot up the backside!!!
But I'm going to keep going....at least I'm not on a full blown binge and at least some of my meals are slimming world friendly!!!
