  • I have to send mine back. Plugged it in this morning ready for my first attempt, it worked for 1 second then had a blue flash and fused the circuit, on resetting the fuses it does not work. Amazon customer services seems good but I cannot get my printer to work so must wait until I am at work to print the returns labels.

Got one from Wilkinsons in store today so still worth having a look.

Mine was with the reduced Xmas stock not with the rest of the electrical beauty stock, some of which was reduced.

There are none on the Watford store, I tried the other day first thing, the electrical section was empty and nothing in the sale part. Booo!

Thank you for posting though- you have saved me a journey with toddler in tow!
  • Sorry to bump, but thankyou to everyone who reccomended this. I absolutely love it on my very thin fine hair, and it's so easy to use! A woman in work today asked me what I was doing it to it, " because I look like I've got twice as much hair as I had!" With that and my oil from Amazon Black Friday I finally feel like I have nice hair again...

I agree! Although I was lucky enough to get mine for £10 from Wilkinsons I never would have looked at it without this thread :T

    Thanks OP

Would the smaller (42mm) one be suitable for very fine, thin hair,, which just reaches to earlobe length do you think? I'm worried that my hair might get tangled in the brush and be pulled out. My hair's absolutely poker straight and really I just want a bit of body in it with the ends turned under.

Sounds like the smaller one might be better although the big one does a great job at curling my fringe under.

    I've been Money Tipped!
42mm brush has gone done to £36. Not as good as the larger one but OK. I used gift certificate money from Topcashback to purchase. Fingers crossed that it works out to be as good as they say!
