Just skimming through to declare a whole £3.99 spent on a caramel batwing long floaty cardi - saw it in a CS in town on Friday and I knew it would work with rest of wardrobe I have so it was quickly snapped up and I haven't stopped wearing it since!
so thats
004 £3.99/£100
Am happy with that:)
Well done to all for no or little spends!Crazy Clothes Challenge 2012 £57.20/£100,CCC 2013 £68.67/£100 ,CCC 2014 £94.32/£100

Declaring £14 on a gorgeous summer top reduced from £35. Had my eye on that for a while and couldn't resist for that price. Matches perfectly to a pair of trousers I bought in the sale last year for £7 - brilliant outfit for £21 - if it ever gets warmer that is!
Other spends came to £30 and I used my giftcard for that which were 2 short sleeved tie knot summer blouses which I expect to get a lot of wear out of for high summer and holidays and another blouse I'm still deciding on - really nice but not sure if its worth £18 from £25.
Also had a tidy out of spring and summer clothes and decided that there isn't much need. Let me see if I can bring the spends down further in April to below this months spend of £14final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
I tried to return some stuff to Zara today but it turned out they were a few days past the 30 day return period:( they wouldn't do an exchange either so im stuck with it lol. I've put the dress on ebay and looks like il have to keep the top...
Top £7.99
ebay spends: two zara smart coats (i think i've reignited my coat obsession this year?!)
Black coat £14.50
Grey coat £10.99
(Although i didnt have to pay for the ebay things with 'real cash' because i sold a dress for £26 plus p&p and the paypal money covered it, il still count it towards the total, for now anyway. Last year i offset loads of things then it just got out of hand! I was selling ££s of old stuff and buying ££s of new stuff)
Previous total: £161.98/£500
New total: £194.46/500 (25.49 offset)

Well its pay day for me tomorrow so declaring a 3rd month of zero spend so still on track for a zero spend for the year. I havent been tempted at all yet despite having a wander with OH last weekend around a few shops for him.
We are a quarter way through the year already (wow where does it go) so am really pleased to have stuck to the challenge so easily so far.

Hadn't thought ahead and washed enough clothes, so had to buy some Bridget's from Morrisons.

I'm still holding out, I gave a friend Primarni's seamless Sloggi-style pants for her b'day in Dec, and she begged me to get her some more pairs, so I crossed the Primarni threshold on Fri. Was v. tempted by a pair of jeans reduced by £12 but held out and bought just the pants plus a little vest top for DGD.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0
