citizenkitty - don't worry, I have a drawer for undies n bras and a drawer for socks, tights and pjs - big, wide drawers as wide as my arm is long!
I'm up for a few challenges, I'll probably fail most but it's always fun trying0 -

Well, it's 15th January and I have made my first clothes purchase - a pair of gorgeous wedged winter boots reduced to £8, and a long sleeved top in my favourite colour reduced to £5. I can't believe how this challenge has affected my shopping habits despite checking out the brand new Primarni where I bought zero. And I'm enjoying it too! Early days girl, early days....
#12 £13/£3000 -
:eek:173 pairs of undies???? You've enough for almost half a year without having to wash any. Imagine just doing an undies wash twice a year :rotfl:
I sorted through my wardrobe last night. Things that were too big/unflattering went either into the eeebay pile or CS pile. Clothes that are too tight or are too summery for winter have been folded up and placed on the shelves in my wardrobe (4 work blouses, 2 casual tops, pair of jeans and a pair of trousers, all a size too small at the mo) doesn't look like I'll need to buy any clothes for a while.
Leaving me with 7 t-shirts, 2 pairs of jeans, 8 work tops, 5 pairs of trousers for work, 3 cardis, 2 jumpers and one dressy dress.
Have bought a coat in the l3HS sale, half price was £65 now £32.50. Used the money Mum gave me for Xmas so not touched my budget. Still need to send pair of jeans back to Evans before I can calculate my spends this year.0 -
As today was a spend day anyway for me, I decided to replace some undies for me and DD.

Hello, I was wondering if I could join. I absolutely hate shopping. So much so that I usually just end up going into next and buying 5 or 6 tops (not in the sale) and just alternating them for the rest of the year. DOH on the other hand LOVES shopping as do the DDs (all 3 of them). I don't have a very big wardrobe, but I have enough clothes to last me through most occasions this year. I'm not particularly bothered about going out on the town, and I have enough work clothes (although some shirts need dyeing black again). I have loads of jeans, most of them are too small.
I was hoping that I could join you guys and was wanting to set my budget at £200?0 -
£250 for me please (if you don't mind me joining) NOT to include trainers or other running gear.0

I've been thinking about trying to declutter/make some money by ebaying some stuff, but for some unfathomable reason I decided to search for my favourite brand of shoes. There are four pairs for sale in sizes that might fit me. Four!! :wall:
I think I'm safe enough with two of them as they'd blow not only what's left of my budget out of the water, but all of DD's as well. Here's hoping that the seller on the other two pairs comes back and says the sizing is true, in which case they'd be too big for me and I'll be able to resist them. :cheesy:Crazy clothing #031: Me £4/50(+vouchers)/DD £4.50/150

lol not a competition it is a challenge - so a challenge to you, squink but i have changed it on the first page.
...sorry I didn't mean it like that
Hope you've had some joy with your coat CK, it's beyond freezing here at the moment so it will deffo be an investment!
I am going on holiday next month so today I picked up a £10 bikini from Pr---rk; I couldn't believe that had them out already but it was good for me as it meant I could try them on & not have to guess at online sizing. I also picked up a gorgeous red cotton Z--a top and super cute blue & white bird patterned Ge--ge sun dress from a charity shop for only £1 each
So I guess I have had a bit of a spendy day & my budget has taken a little hit but I am more than pleased with what I got and hopefully won't need to get too much more before I go away.
£12/£250 from Squinky #11
Thank you!!!0
