Good Morning My Lovelies
You are all doing AMAZING, well done to you all. I havent been able to post much since November - life just got in the way but I have managed to keep on top of things and the house is looking great, thanks to all the tips and inspiration from you guys - a massive "Thank You" :T :T
Thanks to this amazing thread I have managed to get into some great routines and maintain them
All recycling dealt with daily
All post dealt with daily
Used own bags as much as possible for shopping
Thought twice before buying anything
Order books from Library instead of buying
I dont have a great deal left to deal with but I do think its a case of maintaining now and I am sure there will always be something to declutter and I will be cheering these small victories so I'd like to come back to the thread if you will have me, I wont set a target bit I will list these small victories.
Thanks for listening to my waffle and keep up the great work guys (if there are any here) & girlies :T

I have been doing that for the last 6 months odd but just feel like am not making as much progress as I would like doing dribs and drabs after work and at weekends. If I break the back of it I don't mind carrying on with mini declutters afterwards. The contents of the loft weigh heaviest on my mind0 -
Had a burst of decluttering this morning. Cleared the worktop in the kitchen and binned some things. Caught up with my paperwork, and had a quick rummage in the conservatory, but most things seem to be OH's stock, so can't do anything with that.
Off to have a look upstairs. I've just had a charity bag pushed through the door, so will have a sort out in my wardrobe.
Bracing myself to phone my accountant, I know he's going to say I have far too much stock

Woohoo, book pile next to the settee tackled. Sorted which I will read, and have 28 to price and sell :j
Sorted out my wool stash and got rid of part odd balls that I can't find a use for.
Having lunch now, but will start again after. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Have to admit to buying a bag full of stuff from Paperchase sale - some are Christmas cards for next year, but also other bits and pieces. I've done well in not buying new things since I started decluttering, guess I'm allowed the odd purchase.
5 more items decluttered to make up my 10 for today:
Out of date tea bags and coffee sachets
Cat toys
Magazine (read it on the bus)
Phone brochure
Estate agents listing
Also unsubscribed to mailing list, try to keep on top of this, if I get something in the post that goes straight in the recycling, then email them to request they take me off their list.0 -
I haven't done anything again...feel completely zapped of all energy0

Today I have:
- thrown a bag of about 20 old video tapes into the bin.
- emptied out the bag I used to take to work, mostly rubbish.(I left work 2 years ago):o.
I am now going to sew buttons onto my new chunky cardigan that I have just finished knitting.:j
Tomorrow I will find some more things to declutter.0
