    Good Morning :)

I don't know where my time goes noe that I am working full time :( I didn't get on here yesterday as I just seemed to chase my tail all day.

I have some little bits to catch up on. Firstly my complaint at the weekend to Mr T regarding their level of customer care resulted in them putting a £5 gift card in the post for me :D I think I will become Mr T's No.1 complainer :rotfl:Also the price checker thingy that they have got came back saying Mr A would have been cheaper by a whole 16p :) So I have a voucher for that for my next shop :D All these little bits add up to make a difference.
Ebay sales have been going well and I managed to transfer a chunk of cash into my bank account this morning and have enough left over to cover the ebay fees at the end of the month. Something sold that I have been listing since before Christmas so my persistence has paid off in the end. There are still 20 odd items on there but there are no bids or watchers on any of them :( Never mind, I am not complainig. I have made a fair bit from ebay this month and I am seriously sick of trudging to the post office, so a little break will do me fine. :)

The new job is going as well as a new job can and the days are just flying by. I thought I'd be looking at the clock and willing the afternoon away but because we have daily deadlines etc, that hasn't happened........yet :)

All the snow disappeared :j but it is still really cold. I just want things to warm up a bit, I am fed up of it being winter now :( And I'm fed up of having my heating on

Hope everyone is staying warm, have a great day.

    Good Morning :)

Nothing much to report on this morning :(

One week to pay day :) If I manage to stay in the black this week that will mean I have stayed out of my overdraft for a whole month :T Never heard of before :T It has been tough going though and I have had to be really strict with myself, but I suppose it serves my right for being such a spendy person in the past. :( Goodness knows what I was thinkng then. :o

TFI friday too. It has been an exhausting week. This working full time malarky is bloomin' hard work. Especially as I am learning a pile of new stuff and I feel like my brain is about to explode

I think it will be a free listing weekend on ebay this weekend so tonight I will do a trawl of the house to find more stuff to put on. Thankfully, with two DD's in the house it shouldn't be too difficult to find stuff they no longer use/want/need. I have two hoarders for daughters and they never get rid of anything so I feel it is my duty to do that job for them :D

I still have to write a meal plan and a shopping list for tomorrow's shop. Here's hoping I can stay well within budget :) I know I'll have to spend more than what is left on the Mr T money card but I think that card has served me well. It seems to have lasted for ages.

Have a great Friday everyone, roll on 5'o'clock :T

Thank you Rising :A, I am fine, I just didn't manage to get here yesterday.

    Good Morning :)

I don't know how I didn't manage to get on here yesterday. It was Saturday and I was supposed to have lots of lovely time but it just didn't seem to work out that way  I am not even sure what I did because when I think about all the stuff I have still got to do today it makes me want to go back to bed and pull the covers over my head :(
I went to Mr T to get the shopping and with a combination of vouchers and money cards I didn't spend anything out of my bank account :T That is the money card finished though so next week I'll be back to balancing the grocery budget :(
I don't want to *stamps foot* I want my money to stay in my account *throws self on ground and wails* :rotfl:

I put some bits and pieces on ebay but have another pile of stuff to go on again today. And after me saying I have no bids and no watchers on anything, something sold yesterday out of the blue :) Only for £3.99 but it is £3.99 I didn't have when I woke up in the morning so it is a little bonus and I have a bid on something ending tomorrow night. I am really glad I persist in relisting until it goes.

Well, I suppose I had better go and get started. It is all just housework and OU stuff but I seem to have lost my mojo :(
(what is a mojo? I'm not sure I ever had one in the first place!!!:o)

    Have a great day :D

  • Hey Freeby,

Your posts always make me chuckle and you are doing fab. I always read your diary but I don't post much as I can never think of anything to say which is probably why I don't have a diary!

I remember feeling bad for a newbie once and trying to help them but the only advice I could up with was go on a gameshow as the winnings are tax free!

I'm going to write this although I think it may shock you but I'm still in bed (although in my defence I am growing a mini macpumpkin...)
Life is like a sandwich, the more you put it in then the tastier it gets.............just go easy on the :spam:

Lovely to have you here MacP. :) You can post whatever you like in my diary, just whitter away because that's all I do. It saves the poor dogs from having to hear it all :)
And good for you still being in bed :T I love that you are "growing" a little MacP - that made me smile. How much growing is still to do???

    So far today I have
washed 2 loads and got the third one in
Dried one lot (in the TD :o but it is snowing here )
Ironed some of it and the rest got a good shake and a "that'll do" :o
    Listed 4 things on ebay
Cleaned the kitchen apart from the floor, which I have given up on until later as the dogs are constantly in and out with their mucky paws
Did a online order for Mr A and then deleted it. I decided not to get a big massive shop and have all that money sitting in my cupboards. I am just going to plod along with my weekly "just buy what I need" shop.
    and
    errrr...............that's it. :o

Now I'm off to get my OU books out  My poor brain may just explode

  • Snow!

Well, despite organising my whole day around the fact that it was to snow here this afternoon .... there's not been a single bloomin' snowflake:mad:

Honestly, wish they'd get the forecasts a bit more accurate - they seem to now just say it's going to snow / rain or whatever absolutely everywhere just to cover themselves!

Anyway ... hope you don't have too much of the horrid white stuff and fingers crossed the roads are OK in the morning - take care if it's horrid out
