Just been to my local stores 1st store Sa said 50% of stuff was being taken off the shelves tonight by the night staff and that is end of sales sun tan lotion coming out and went to another store and Sa said they still don't know what's happening head office keeps changing their minds!!!!!
Well I didn't risk it and have stocked up on what I wanted I said to 1st Sa that if the 75% off happens I will bring all my stuff back and repurchase she said that is ok as long as I have receipts
So maybe each store is different we will just have to wait and see
Has anyone tried this? i have a s&g set that i bought in the 50% off sale and then it's gone in the 75% of sale.Win's of 2014 so far-Maxfactor mascara, £50 Pizza Express Voucher, Dr Oetker Pizza, Nuby sippy cup :j:beer:0 -
Went to three Boots' stores in Norwich and bought around £120 worth of products. The only thing we didn't get was St.Tropez Tanning set. Good morning worth of shopping.0

When we pulled up one woman had 7 big bags full in the boot then followed us back in to buy more! she said she had been waiting outside the store with others, makes me wonder what she will actually be doing with all the stuff she has bought, 7 in the car then god knows how many more after that.0

Was at boots in huddersfield this morning. After a mad dash from everyone for the no7 boxes went up to the rest of the sale items still loads left, managed to get some toys and some men's stuff as well as some nice other sets, spent 111 pound, saved 333, used my double points voucher and my 300 points for spending over 30 pound voucher. All sorted for boots presents for the rest of the year
glad to see everyone being polite rather than pushing or taking too much!

Why shameful? Anyone who bids on an item on eBay is choosing to pay an amount they consider acceptable, for an item they want.
Supply & demand. The buyer wants it, the seller has it. If the seller makes a profit, so what?
Do you object to people making a profit? If so, I wonder where you do your shopping?0 -

As previously explained.....
I have a problem with people swiping entire shelves selfishly blocking off each end so people cannot get in to get their fair share. Or, as described by another forum member, snatching items off peoples kids to put in their overflowing trolley...0
