Hi .. I sent two orders on wed morning 4.40am and 5.50am .. Received my dispatch email for the latter order yesterday but dispatch not yet confirmed for the earlier order.. I phoned boots today to question this and they confirmed orders are not sent in sequential order against request date .. Just hope my first and main order are still in stock ! Both of my boots confirmation emails stated delivery for 19/1. Hope this helps with your orders.

Hi all, well where do I start.. Having stayed up all night on wednesday and placing my main and first order in at 4.30am £114 have just phoned boots up because confirmation stated delivery 19th tomorrow and still no dispatch note received .. To be told all OUT OF STOCK!!! They will refund me. The goods I ordered - mist of which were still available online 2 hours later ... I wonder if there not processing orders in sequential order and mine was placed at the bottom of the pile. I'm absolutely gutted .. Especially as I visited the store and left goods on the shelf that I had ordered online.

Has anyone else had this problem .. Perhaps I can understand a couple of items out if stock but certainly not my entire mixed order . What can I do ??? Nothing ?? Is it worth contacting management? Help appreciated. I hope this has not happened to anyway else.

Well my first order has been delivered (the one I placed at 3.25am-ish) and I'm still awaiting a dispatch email for my 2nd order (placed at around 3.45am).

I too don't think they do the orders in the way they are recieved, I ordered 2 x gok wan stuff on 6th when they were ar 75% off together with 1 x Sanctuary Spa at 75% off. They were still showing online the next day and I then placed to get a 2nd Sanctury Spa set. Gok Wan got despatched off my first order and the Sancturary kit was marked as cancelled. BUT I then got my 2nd order (placed the next day) which was odd.....

I've since phoned boots again and asked to speak to a manager .. A really helpful young man said please can you give me 5 mins to sort this out .. True to his word he kindly phoned me back and confirmed my order had got stuck in the system .. All sorted now and just received my dispatch email. I don't usually complain but after staying up felt this was not correct .. Thanks to the you g man who sorted it out for me . Good luck all with your orders.

Absolutely nothing left in Maid'head now apart from a few pairs of kids / babies moccasin slipper socks.

DM was very pleased with the items I bought for her as gifts - £65 worth for £16-odd so saved her some pennies for next xmas.

I know this is a bit keen but is anyone in the Cambridgeshire/ Norfolk area that would be able to give me a bit of advice please? Just wondering if I am better going to Peterborough or Lynn- looking for a large store that will provide trolleys as I will have my 18 month old with me- that's why I'm looking at Hampton, but not sure how big or where the one is on the Hardwick. Thank you

even though hampton boots is a large one i find they dont stock many gifts..queensgate might be a better choice as normally their first floor is full of gifts

I live in Norwich - we have 3 big Boots so I hit them all! (Chaplefield Mall, Castle Mall & Riverside) ;-)

Hi, the Hardwick one in Kings Lynn is on the same entrance as Argos/Tesco/PC World if you know any of them. Unfortunately the Hardwick Boots isn't as big as the one in the town though. Still a good hit for after Christmas sales though as seems lots of people hit the town store first. Hope this helps
