I literally could not be any happier for you! You have worked, studied, and slogged your way to debt freedom over a period of years and now you have DONE IT! :T
I'll be honest, I haven't understood a blummin' word of your financial plans for this month and next, but they have clearly made sense to you and now you have become DEBT FREE (woo hoo!), I know that your savings will shoot up, your house will get repaired and your mortgage will come down incredibly quickly...all while you treat yourself to something pretty and/or sparkly every now and again.
Well done, hon: have a small glass of something enjoyable tonight to celebrate your new debt-free status. You have truly earned it! :T :T :T
This :xmastree: is clearly going to be very merry. And rightly so - you've earned it! :rudolf:
Aw thanks PBI will PM you - i think i did before but i know you've had problems with comp - anywho's it may get to satday before i do as hopefully my brain will be my own by then
I'm not going to re-read my money posts - they could probably have been put alot simpler! :rotfl: I am debt free i have usual household bills coming up just as everyone does and the money will be in place to pay for them so there is no need for any overdraft to be used. I also have some december spending money  and some money aside for a little meal treatIf anything crops up due to december as knit witch rightly pointed out it is a tricky month for such things then i have decembers mortgage overpayment money which i will dip into but only if its absolutely necessary
I my have already treated myself to a pretty dress  Sensibly purchased off the bay of e and gratified my 'need for a treat and something pretty'Actually bought before being debt free so no impact from that - and it is lovely too
The celebratory drink will need to wait until friday or satday as i need to focus on my assignment and completing my excel course and exam first

Hi All, I am popping in to try and quickly refresh my brain as the deadline is looming large for my assignment *positive vibes* please
PB identified some of my next goals in her post so i have incorporated them in my sig- pretty self explanatory the house desperately needs new gutters
- i actually feel ill when it rains due to the damage. This is something that I will have to pay for - my Mr unfortunately only sees the need to spend on prettying things up - oh well! Anywho's i think it may be more like £600 but i can find that out when i've achieved the £500
The plan is to put my monthly 'house upkeep' money in there along with 25% of any extra money - so from carboots, bay of e etc. There is no overtime at work so no extra money to be made there. The loft fund is because that will need doing when another job on the landing is done (might be onto a theme here but this is also not something my mr understands) But with good loft access then the whole house will run alot better - it is a tiny house and storage is minimal. This will have the other 25% of the 'extra monies' paid in
So with this one i'm just trying to get the money in place then i can get it done alongside the other job  I don't see the point in paying to have the landing done and then messing it up when the loft is done later
Finally shed fund - again tiny house with stuff indoors that should be out house will look better, garden will be better for it. Since having my spending money i put all loose change less that £1 into this
Wow! less than 3 hours to the deadline :eek::eek: and then my alarm will be going off a few hours later
Hope everyone is well xxCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
