Hi All, Last day of my holiday today on the Isle of Skye. We have had a fab time and its been very relaxing.

I have spent loads on local craft items including a tweed throw, 2 sheepskin rugs and some lovely Pottery. Off home tomorrow and back to positive stepping.

sounds simply wonderful, am jealous of your craft buys lol! xxx

Well despite my mini list yesterday i still didn't get through it lol! I went to car boot in the morning, then lunch and shopping with lovely man then went to visit dad and got home for 10pm.......knackered was not exactly the right word hahahaha

Today i slept through the alarm so didn't get up until 8.30 but i still managed to go to car boot and make a few quid. Am now feeling like going back to bed and a bit tearful (sure sign of being exhausted) so am going to do very little tbh.

i'd like to just wash the dishes, check ebay and put a wash on and if i don't do those things i will be snoozing in about 10 mins lol!

Well that's me home from my holidays. Washing done and out on the line - I am hoping it dries ok as it was around 5.45pm when we put it out so its not getting direct sun.

    My plans for tonight are:
    1. Washing in. Will Iron tomorrow. Done
    2. Meal Plan and make a shopping list. I want to have a mega cooking/baking/household day tomorrow to start getting organised for going back to work. Meal plan done, still to do full shopping list.
    3. Inventory freezers. Done.
    4. Brush back patio and pick some blackberries from the garden ready for Jam making. Not done - will do tomorrow. Used the time to put on some Easy Yo yoghurt and then whisk up some Easy Yo ice cream that had been sitting in the freezer in its half-way state. It takes a while with a broken whisk that only has one working whisk as the other arm fell off last time I used it!! I may have to treat myself to a new one.

Now the big question is...do I dare step on the scales?? I think I will leave it until tomorrow:D

Morning All. My first positive steps today will be:
    1. Food shop
    2. Cooking and baking - stocking up the freezer.
    3. Phone call to AA to say I am NOT renewing my breakdown cover at the renewal quote of £232:eek: Done, successfully haggled the price down!
    4. Phone call to local council to chase up my amended contract which has not arrived yet. Done, new one to be done by the end of the week (hopefully!!).
  • Good Morning Steppers :)

I have knocked about here before but I am feeling much positive today so thought I would put a little list. Hope you don't mind me showing up.

    1. dye hair. seriously. today.
    2. Go into old job to collect stuff and clear out desk etc.
    3. meet friend for lunch
    4. date tonight.
    5. If the date goes well then nothing else, if it ends early (!) empty one bag of work stuff.
    6. Change sheets.

    thanks xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Oooooh how lovely to see you all back stepping :) i do love reading all your lists and seeing you making progress!

Yesterday i managed to do everything except wash the dishes. I spent the afternoon watching tv - something i haven't done for months! I went to bed early and read a tiny chapter of my book before nodding off for about 9hrs or so :D

This morning i thought its time to start getting out of some bad habits i have developed. The first one being sitting about in my jammies till lunchtime. So got up and jumped in the shower first thing :) am going to try and do this every morning this month to break that habit.

Second habit is eating junk instead of cooking, and third one is sitting around getting no exercise. I will work these into my steps this month as well!

Ok so today i would like to:

lodge car boot money and payment for caravan - done :)
    wash dishes - done :)
    tidy living room
    hoover
    change bed
    empty car
    order script - done :)
check ebay - done :) more sales :)
parcel up sales - done :)
    post parcels - done :)
    swaggers
    free bingo - done :)

busy day for me then :) am away to get stuck in!

    Happy stepping all :D xxx
