Feeling distinctly low today
I have been really tired recently and doing quite a lot of outside stuff involving dealing with people - it just seems to wear me out! I actually was glad it was raining this morning so i didn't have to get up and go car booting - slept until 10.30 instead!! hopefully that will help lift the moody blues.....
anyway, today i'm going to take it relatively easy though i do want to keep working on the list. Not many things left on it thoughI still think i might feel better once i get through it!
So today i want to:
Keep working on maxing out ebay accounts - now up to 50/100 on one and 15/20 on other
sort money to pay car tax tomorrow - done
change bed
clean bathrooms
contact friend
work on website
if i can manage it i would also like to
wash dishes - done
put a wash on
pack up ebay sales
swaggers - DONE
free bingo - done
blog updates - done
put recycling out
read some more of book
that seems like a lot, but will just be pottering my way throughDebt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

Oh no fairy, sorry to hear that you are feeling blue
days like that are certainly no fun - I hope you feel better after a nice rest.
I stayed at a friend's house yesterday and have just got home to a letter saying that Natwest won't accept the repayment offer from CAP as 'the income and expenditure proposals do not meet our acceptable repayment requirements' - this has sent me back into panic mode!! In a way I'm glad I didn't get it yesterday as CAP aren't open at the weekends so I'd have even longer to worry about it. I really don't know what to do if they won't accept the terms; I have less than two years left on the loan (it finishes April 2015) so maybe it's worth trying to find an extra £230 per month to pay it?! Where from I don't know though!!
The letter was dated August 6th and gives CAP two weeks to reply, I haven't heard from them about it but to be fair if I only got mine yesterday then maybe they've only just had their copy too.....
On the bright side I am getting a payment of around £1100 from Natwionwide for missold PPIbut no idea when, it could take me another month to receive it!
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Hi Ruby have you had a look at the make £10 a day thread it's full of great ideas to help raise that extra bit of cash every month.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4729014
Sorry to hear natwest won't accept your proposal try not to think about it too much today you can't do anything till tomorrow. Have a read of the thread to take your mind off it you'll have plenty of money making ideas. Don't forgot to make list as your reading.
I've had another lazy day didn't sleep again last night:( at least I didn't have to get up for work this morning. Think I've been trying to do to much last few days.
So simple list for the rest of today
Hoover I've been wanting to do this since Monday
Dishes
Bath
Read CBT Book (not looked at it since last weekend)0 -

No No No Ruby, don't panic - remember i told you this happened to me? all that happens is CAP send the payment as agreed with you regardless - CAP may contact you about the income and expenditure but i assume they have already gone over it with you and made sure its right? You CANNOT make an extra payment to any of your debts because then it sets the others on a path to demand extra payments as well. The only way to make extra payments is through CAP as they will distribute it equally.
If Natwest don't accept your repayment proposal they have the right to mark your loan as defaulted and that is as bad as it gets (as long as you make the payments regularly) many firms don't even do that.
Try to calm yourself - its really not as bad as you think!!
