Not long home from shopping. Going to have a break just now and then start some cooking. Planning to make meatloaf for the freezer, choc crispies and choc brownies. Again these will go in the freezer to use as snacks when I go back to work.0

The first one being sitting about in my jammies till lunchtime. So got up and jumped in the shower first thing
am going to try and do this every morning this month to break that habit.
Second habit is eating junk instead of cooking, and third one is sitting around getting no exercise. I will work these into my steps this month as well!
Sounds like me at the weekend if i don't have to go anywhere i stay in my jammies.

Morning everyone
Well I had a lovely holiday, but was back at work yesterday and although nothing dreadful happened, I spent an hour last night just sobbing over it - couldn't stop. I'm taking this as a sign that I'm finding it too stressful and need to do something about it ASAP! So today's steps are:
1. Approach HR and tell them, as my manager doesn't listen (I report to the MD and I don't think he even bothers reading my emails). I'm going to do this by email so there's a record of it and explain that I'm getting more and more work but no extra time to do it in, as I'm full time anyway, and no training to help. Which leads me on to......
2. Look for a new job. I had an interview a few weeks ago and didn't get it, but I could be more proactive in looking for new things, or seeing what training I could do.
3. Look for ways to help me in the short term - a friend has suggested reflexology - might help me feel less like I'm about to cry again at any second.
4. Work out an exercise plan which I can actually stick to, as I need to lose at least half a stone.
5. Work out meal plans for the next couple of weeks - I am really bad at this and usually end up going shopping again after a few days, so if anyone has any suggestions that would be very useful.
Good luck everyone and have a great dayxx
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Morning All
Lovely to hear you had a good break RubyI hope things at work get resolved ASAP - i know how it feels to be in that situation and its not nice at all! Good you are being proactive about it
I've been getting no where fast with my list this week - i'm just really tired and a bit flat moodwise. I have a few things i really have to do today:
collect script
sort car tax
sort ebay sales and post
i also need to tidy the living room as its a bit of a tip this morning
once i get those things done i will go back to the rollies.......maybe LOL!
