Right. I've been AWOL again and generally faffing rather than getting things done (again!). In the build up to holiday I have lots to do. So today:

    -Make birthday card for frienddone
-Wait for news from my brother (he's finally popping the question today!)done
    -Clean out the rabbit
-Read a few chapter's of my friend's book
    -Tidy desk done
    -Showerdone
-Keep watching bag on eb@y done
-Gather clothes ready for holiday done
-Make flyer for mum -postponed as I don't have the info I need from her!done
-Check OHs airbed for puncture done
    -Fold up tent done

Should keep me busy for a few minutes!! There's more to do but don't want to overwhelm myself!!

    Hello all,

    Tasks for tonight:

    - ironing :(
    - dark wash :T
    - de-flea kitten (again!) :T and only 6 fleas :T
    - clean kitchen :(

That's enough for one night I think!

Half way there ;). Decided as I was washing again today I may as well wait until it was all done and have a mammoth ironing session tomorrow (the weather looks pants for tomorrow too) Will clean kitchen tonight once Hubby has washed up. I did vac the living room though.

    Also to do tonight:

    - change bedding
    - take stressed kitty to "Grandma's"
    - pop up to sis's to drop off neice's belated birthday pressie

    And this weekend I must:
    - make b-day card for bessie
    - tidy living room
    - flea spray the house

    Enjoy the weekend xxx

  • I haven't been on for a while so firstly - congratulations to MMM!! I'm very impressed that you are back positive stepping with hardly a break!

Hope everyone else is good :) fairy, I am in awe of your growing abilities, Percy Thrower I am not.....

I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed what with proper work being so demanding, evening work tiring me out (it's not difficult, but the increased hours mean I have less sleeping time every night :() and the bloke I've been seeing being a bit crap - he has a female best friend and I'm finding it really difficult to cope with. He says there's nothing between them, never has and never will be; I believe HIM but I know she would if she could, so it makes it hard for me to cope with when he puts her and her horrible children before me. That probably makes me sound like a jealous cow but believe me I've tried to like her and can't, along with all of his friends!

Anyhow, rant over, today my only aim is to sort out some paperwork and send some emails I've been meaning to do all week but not had the time. I have Thursday and Friday off work (off proper work, not necessarily evening work but it's something at least!) so I intend to spend the bank holiday catching up properly, making plans, and hopefully finally doing a bit of chilling out.....

Have a lovely week everyone! xxx
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j
