While I do think it was a clumsy way of trying to help you, I would have freaked if I'd received that picture. I can totally understand how you must have felt. Everything you are going through - flashbacks etc - is perfectly understandable and normal and .......heartbreaking. Please be kind to yourself, you are hurting and there is no pain like it.0
