    Helloooo :D

Not really had much to update financially apart from the new tax code coming in in April will see me better off by £25 per month :j. I've just opened an account with the Post Office and arranged to pay £30 per month in there I also need to sort out my NS&I account so might have the extra £25 go in there. My husband has had loads of trouble when he changes insurers so I told him next time we will pay annually instead of monthly.

Had a letter from Dwr Cymru - Welsh Water and that is going to rise by £1 per month, no idea about the council tax though :(

I need to get that car paid off asap, DH can sell it, trade it in, keep it or whatever just as long as it is all ours. If I get made redundant then he might as well sell it the only thing is he doesn't want my car because it's a bit thirsty and under powered - gets me from A to B though :)

Other news, just completed my first assignment for my newest course and submitted it - phew one less stress :j I've been looking at MSc courses and have found something I might like to do through the Centre for alternative technology in Wales. Plenty of time to think it over.

We're looking for another environmental concern to support at work so have been looking into bee conservation. I need to run it past the powers that be :D

OK off to watch Shetland as I love the scenery!

    Hi Igamogam

I have been reading the National beekeeping centre of wales, but thanks for the links :T there's a certain type of bee in Pembrokeshire which is quite hardy compared to others and seems to be able to cope with different nasties.

My neighbours think I'm a bit of a Steptoe because half of my front garden is left to wild flowers but it attracts the bees and my apple tree is there so I don't care.

I watched Shetland last night and started dreaming of a carbon neutral life, I was looking at plots of land on the Orkneys so today I have been mostly reading about water harvesting :D.

Now just need to persuade my lovely husband that we can live in a house built of straw :rotfl:
