Thinking of 4 of these . A total of £12. Use £3 off dairy voucher and £4 on PP compared against A?
    Four blocks for a fiver

Last day tomorrow for the dairy voucher and cheese stocks are getting low

Or does anyone have a better idea:)

Afternoon all, Haven't been able to keep up for days so just popping on quickly.

Not offering any personal medical advice, of course, but DW has been afflicted by an unproductive hacking cough for about a week that has left her (and me:() very tired. She has been taking lots of cough medicine but to no avail. Finally went to the docs yesterday and they said her chest is fine (oo er missus) and the problem is with her throat i.e the cough medicine is useless. Recommended paracetamol + ibuprofen + frequent glycerol/honey/lemon drinks. Said that antibiotics would have no effect as there is no chest infection and it could take up to two weeks to clear:eek:.

So if cough medicine is having no effect go and see the doc:)

I hope it clears quicker than mine, I went to the doctors 10 or 11 weeks ago for a cough, was given antibiotics but they didnt work, the cough is still lingering but nowhere near as bad.

Have you checked with the buyers sorting office to see if its still sat there. I have done this a few times and traced missing parcels even ones not sent recorded.

If still missing you need to put in a claim with Royal Mail. At least then the buyers address is flagged if they are a repeated "I didn;t get my parcel" buyer.

Also put the buyer on your blocked bidder list, then go and check her feedback, both the feedback she has received and the feedback she has left. Sometimes you can spot a "I didn;t get my parcel" buyer, if you do report her to ebay so they can keep an eye on her account.

    good luck

Thanks, I will try to put in a claim through Royal Mail if its not at the sorting office, although its not clear on their website if you can or not. You used to be able to claim upto around £28 pounds but some of the policies seem to have changed. I will try anyway. Even if I'm successful, in future I'll send anything over a £10 recorded as its not worth all this hassle if something goes wrong.

that seems a bit harsh. Maybe she really didn't receive it, the Royal Mail are hardly saints when it comes to not losing parcels!

You only have to look at the prosecutions that have taken place when postmen are found to have either thrown away sackfuls to save delivering them or taken them for themselves

I've genuinely had things go astray never to be found again twice this year (sending to family BTW so hardly going to lie about it!)

Been putting off the inevitable but I really need to tackle my ironing pile now. Not touched it for about a week. :o Mum must be feeling a bit better as informed me has sorted out some clothes that she no longer wears for a friend that is coming around this afternoon. She amazes me at times, could hardly stand on thursday!!!

Off out to a party later, within walking distance so may take some Ogio with me or M & S glitched chardonnay. Depends on the rain. ;)

Will hopefully catch the night shift later. Enjoy the rest of your day everyone. :):):)

That's what I've just been doing. I haven't ironed anything except school uniforms since the beginning of december:eek: I got half way through the mountain and stopped because Ive decided I need a new iron. It doesn't seem to be as hot and steamy as it should be......honestly:o.

I will look for a new one tomorrow. I saw some really good priced on in As just before christmas
