A warning that I wish someone had given me earlier:

When you sell an item on ebay a buyer can complain to ebay that they haven't received the item. Paypal will then just take the full amount including p+p from your account without telling you first. You cannot dispute this with paypal unless you have a tracking number which you only get if sent recorded or registered.

Ebay still have the case open and I'm waiting for the buyers response as the item was posted 2nd class and I have a certificate of posting. This doesn't change the fact that paypal have already taken my money though.

Moral of story: Send all expensive items recorded from now on.

Have you checked with the buyers sorting office to see if its still sat there. I have done this a few times and traced missing parcels even ones not sent recorded.

If still missing you need to put in a claim with Royal Mail. At least then the buyers address is flagged if they are a repeated "I didn;t get my parcel" buyer.

Also put the buyer on your blocked bidder list, then go and check her feedback, both the feedback she has received and the feedback she has left. Sometimes you can spot a "I didn;t get my parcel" buyer, if you do report her to ebay so they can keep an eye on her account.

    good luck

No. I wasn't allowed to use it on sale items

Oh thanks for that info, my excitement is short lived then. I will have to wait and see what my store decides. Won't be going until monday when I pick up my M & S orders. I will let you all know how I get on.

sorry bout dolphins the world is a strange place and its so unforchante that we cant help stop it properly :(
if you can drink 2-3 pints of cold water one after the other, i get headaches like this and i do this and it helps and at a final resort ill take paracetamol -but they never realy work , i used to suffer with migrains as a child and take these huge red tables when i got one but they stoped so the doc stoped the tables and when i had dd1 they came back and doc said i culdnt take when pregnant:eek: and advised the water and tbh its helped
You've probably heard all this from various people, but just in case, I used to get awful headaches, all I could do was go to bed, then someone suggested it could be down to my sinuses (in spite of the fact it did not feel like it). The next time I tried some industrial strength decongestant tablets and they worked! Many of those tablets, then a lot of steaming, now the occasional far weaker decongestant, later I can honestly say I no longer get the horrific headaches I did!

Apologies if you have already tried that, I have tried to keep up with peops on here but it has not necessarily happened :o:o

I have tried everything. I do suffer from Migraine but this isn't one. Will go to docs if I can't shake it. Thanks anyway.xxx

I used one last night :)

Thanks COT, glad it worked for you. I think as Naebirrac says it can depend on a multitude of things. Don't know if I,m even going out now. Just got drowned going to put the rubbish in the bin, and the bus stop is about 5mins walk from my house.

    Thanks also to gymbo

Been putting off the inevitable but I really need to tackle my ironing pile now. Not touched it for about a week. :o Mum must be feeling a bit better as informed me has sorted out some clothes that she no longer wears for a friend that is coming around this afternoon. She amazes me at times, could hardly stand on thursday!!!

Off out to a party later, within walking distance so may take some Ogio with me or M & S glitched chardonnay. Depends on the rain. ;)

Will hopefully catch the night shift later. Enjoy the rest of your day everyone. :):):)
  • This worked perfectly.
Plus the febreze coupon works on the big spiced candle which I think compares to A's @£2

I left a load of car coupons on the shelves last night, might pop down later to use the last couple I have left.

I can't take decongestant tablets they make me really ill, but have you tried smelling salts?
They are brilliant for clearing your sinuses, but don't take a big sniff like I did first time I used them.
Cover one nostril and waft smelling salts under the other one, then swap sides.
They cost about £4 last time I bought some.
    Hope it clears up soon.
