Should be fine to freeze. Is it the vacuum packed one? If not, wrap it in foil first. I've frozen 2 yesterday +1 bone with a bit of meat on to use for soup later.:)0 -

Good morning all, just caught up. QPR10, so sorry for your loss, sending hugs.
Nikkilala, happy anniverary to you and your DH.
I'm off for a browse round the shops with DH today, and may treat us to a nice lunch somewhere.
I managed to get a big whole Gressingham duck really cheap in S last night. Does anyone have any good recipes for duck? DH pulled a face when I told him I'd bought it, so need something tasty to encourage him to try it. His mum was 'a plain cook' and it's taken me 30 years to get him to eat anything with garlic, onion, chilli etc in it. He will even eat curry and really spicy chilli now, but has it with potato, as he still won't eat rice. He hates it, and pasta too. Any ideas for the duck will be gratefully received.
Off to shower and get ready to go out now. See ya all later.
Duck Surprise? :rotfl:

When you sell an item on ebay a buyer can complain to ebay that they haven't received the item. Paypal will then just take the full amount including p+p from your account without telling you first. You cannot dispute this with paypal unless you have a tracking number which you only get if sent recorded or registered.
Ebay still have the case open and I'm waiting for the buyers response as the item was posted 2nd class and I have a certificate of posting. This doesn't change the fact that paypal have already taken my money though.
Moral of story: Send all expensive items recorded from now on.
I odered something from ebay and kept informing the seller it hadn't arrived, 3 weeks later the other half goes to the sorting office to pick a parcel up for her and they come out with the parcel that I been waiting for....... well I will take it she said, then they went and found the parcel she had come to collect.
No sorry you were out card was put through the door for my parcel which I had given up on arriving til that point0
