I did a duck on Christmas day for the meat eaters...just scored the skin and browned in a frying pan then roasted like a chicken...My dad who is old fashioned northern bloke loved it

Has anyone used the glamour cards succesfully on sale items?

I know it could not be used in conjuction with offers well that is what the SA told me but she was not sure about sale. And I had forgotten to take my card to try.

This is what I said to them, I told them they were wrong about what they were saying. I should have asked them to show me the terms and conditions to back up what they were saying but I let it go because I felt uncomfortable holding up the queue and OH would have moaned if I'd been too late as I'd already taken to long. He's really good at complaining and often gets lots of free stuff because of it I think I will contact HO about it though as it seems like this is a policy this particular store have just made up.

Regarding the person who was refused a refund for part of their return paid with APGS, I would have taken my goods and tried to exchange in a different store. I can't see every store being this mean.

sorry bout dolphins the world is a strange place and its so unforchante that we cant help stop it properly
if you can drink 2-3 pints of cold water one after the other, i get headaches like this and i do this and it helps and at a final resort ill take paracetamol -but they never realy work , i used to suffer with migrains as a child and take these huge red tables when i got one but they stoped so the doc stoped the tables and when i had dd1 they came back and doc said i culdnt take when pregnant:eek: and advised the water and tbh its helped
