    What a nutter!

Tell the EA what is happening, and to pass on message to BB that you will be sending the letters back to the originator.

Concerning letters to Bunny boiler; if they don't concern your mother (eg car insurance) then forget about it, don't report her or anything stupid, just keep in a pile for when he moves in or give to the EA.

Personally I would open any mail that came for BB, if it was of no concern I would then selotape shut and write 'opened in error' on the envelope, if it was (eg trying to change her phone service) then I would take whatever action, eg call BT, then I would shut and again write 'opened in error'. You can't be charged for anything for opening a letter addressed to your address if you do it 'in error'!

Ensure your mum gets final utility bills from all utilities, including council tax by advising companies IN WRITING. Don't rely on emails or phone calls, especially council tax. Also don't forget to book mail re-direction for post.
If the buyer is cavalier about where they live for insurance purposes they may be similarly inclined about signing up to start utilities and council tax.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
