Ha ha ha - we never lose the money saver in us! I saw a pair of boots yesterday, but they didn't have them in my size in the black, so I tried the tan ones to make sure they fit, and came home to order online. It will cost me £2 to get them delivered to the store, and I'm so indignant about it, I just had about a 10 minute moan to the OH down the phone! Poor OH - I don't think he understands my indignation, to him it's only £2, that's not even a pint these days! But it's not my fault they didn't have them in stock.0

minicooper - don't forget cashback and search for a promo code. I paid £109 for next day delivery and boots on a pair that in the shops cost £140. Plus I'm waiting for my £6ish cashback
bargain

Kerri I just thought about that! I could have gotten 2.7% back, but it's too late now - dang!0

You need to put some kind of post-it note on your laptop then to remind you. I always go through qu1dco with everything now regardless of whether I make a purchase in the end or not, don't want to miss out on precious pennies. That 2.7% might have been the £2 postage
what cheek to make you pay for it to go to the shop though grrr.

agreed, cashback is great!!! defo looking for it when we buy the fridge freezer.
do any electrical places ever have fridge freezers on offer??? i dunno whether its worth waiting nearer to Xmas or just getting one now? we can last a bit longer without one.0 -
amr - there are LOADS on gumtre3. We saved ourselves £260 by buying a 2nd hand under counter freezer instead of buying brand new. It's only a few years old, in perfect working order and works like a dream. People always want to get rid of them so you can nab one for less than £50 and spend the rest of shoes.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Yeah I did find a voucher for free home delivery, but I won't be in when the postie comes, so I'll have to go collect from the depot (for free). They're the same distance from my house as well!
Did you know you can get a Quidco add-on that tells you if a website your on offers cashback? I prefer tcb though, and it interfered with tracking through tcb.0 -
and yes to saving on the fridge freezer - there's no excuse to save money to spend on shoes instead! :rotfl:0

Cashback is the future
I work opposite a M&S and if there is anything in there I want I go in, try it on, then order it online from my desk via whichever cashback site is better and pick it up for free in my lunch break. There is rarely anything in there I want but I don't buy it without cashback if I do find something!SPC9 #125 - £816.85
