Oh no nctmum :( Hope you feel better soon. And regarding losing weight you might notice it next week :D

Sorry I havent been on, thanks very much. I've to the docs today, turns out I have a chest infection AND a throat infection, no wonder I've felt so rotten. Signed off work until next Monday, which is good and bad - my boss wont be too impressed when he gets back on Wed, I was supposed to be his xmas cover in the office.

What is good is that I havent been out of the house until today, so no spending in the sales!!

Hi all, so far I have paid £563/£2500 which is 22.5% of my total.
However, it has occurred to me today that as I am paying off credit cards, I will actually need to pay off more than the £2500 to be debt free due to interest. I know this is really obvious but I only figured it out when I looked at my cc balance.
I am not put off though. It might shock me to realise how much I pay in interest by the end of next year :o.

I don't put my total payments to my total, I wait until my statement comes and just count the reduction in balances. Means I wait another couple of weeks after each payment to be able to declare it, but I feel I give a more accurate figure that way. Different people do it differently, and some count payments made and don't worry about interest. Just do what suits you ;)
