Typical NW, OH paid what he owed but they took a bit more than they should have and now they're saying that's what he owed. It'sonly £8 but OH is getting really annoyed by it.

Just rang up and got a balance on my loan (and the interest rate). According to the lovely lady I spoke to roughly £35 from every payment goes on interest. That will make it easier for me to work out how much I pay off the loan every month. So new figures are

    #148 £1551.47/£14,174 or 10.94% :j

Wow, fantastic payment, well done :T
I think I need to join this thread and make my target DFW date of 31/12/2013 more official.... I am at £6813 / £16600 and only this month have I managed to drop below £10k since 1st November 2012... only £9787 to go...:j:j:j

Welcome NinjaSavingKat  You have added to our March totals very nicely there :D Keep posting, I think I recognise you from the DFW board so I think you will keep us all motivated! You are #161 on the challenge, I update my spreadsheet daily but update the front page once or twice a week so don't panic if every update doesn't go on there the same day.

Also, need to get to H4lfords to get an indicator bulb fitted, Dad says they do it for free :D but I shall be keeping my beady eye on them as I don't trust them not to wreck my car, heard many a story about dodgy places like them.

    Hi
I had my cars front head light fitted at H$lfords and they were great, they do charge though! But so much quicker than my OH:rotfl:

    Welcome NinjaSavingKat!

Got some expenses today, and I'm going to use some of it to top up my total to:

    #141 £400/3250 = 12.32%

I'm going to use the rest for some smarter work clothes, as I was a little insulted in a meeting today - someone automatically assumed the man in the suit was the technical expert, but it was actually me. I was insulted because I thought it was because he was a man, but a friend suggested maybe it was because he was in a suit, and I was in a Primark cardigan...

BTW I saw my work colleague today who got into the fisty-cuffs on Saturday night. First thing she asks me - 'you didn't hit me on Saturday night, did you?' Apparently she woke up on Sunday morning with a really sore mouth, and felt like she'd been punched, and she wondered if I had knocked her! Didn't have the heart to tell her what really happened in front of our workmates...

Nowt wrong with a Primark Cardy! I bet it was because he was a man....:D
