There are a couple of things showing as in stock online but when I add to basket, nothing gets added. Does this mean its out of stock or is their website playing up? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.0

I got to my local store about 9.15 after the school run and there was so much stuff in there, it was busy and I did struggle a bit being 8 months pregnant (especially trying to squeeze past people with my huge bump!) There was one family standing at the end of an aisle with 13 of the blue mesh bags full of stuff, I counted when I was in the queue. I had to do two transactions as couldn't carry everything back to the car in one hit. There was loads of Fearne Cotton hat boxes, No7 sets, FCUK male and female sets, Sanctuary etc. All in all I spent £103.75 and saved £215.25
Happy days! Will use all the goodies for birthdays and Xmas this year. The second SA that served me was so lovely, she said she could arrange for someone to take my bags to my car seeing as I was pregnant. All in all a good morning!

Please re-read your post and see what you are actually saying!
"managed to get tones of soap and glory sets we took the lot", then you go on to say "But you shuld have seen the greedy peeple who were tryin to get the lot"
Did you mean to call yourself greedy?0 -

Tried to catch up on this thread but it's just waaaay too massive now! Managed to leave home in the early hours and get to a small store before work, got a few small Gok bits, a Ted Baker for the girl I work with and a couple the mens sets. I decent haul, used my points and under £20 for the rest. Hope everyone got at least something.
My bestest friend got me the big Champneys set, yey!! That's a true friend!!
Thank you to everyone for reporting back on their stores - helps for planning next year.
I'm disgusted, like others, at some of the awful behaviour in certain stores. Good on Boots for starting to set limits on amounts of each product, but when the scabs 'hunt in packs' they will find a way round this.
If Boots staff do read these threads I hope they will step in and refuse to serve these people. Happily it only seems to be a few places.
If no-one buys from them on Ebay then they will stop going to the sales, simple as.Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -

You state that you managed to grab all of the Soap & Glory stuff and then the Sancutuary. Then you go on to say it is wrong of people to take "take the lot".....if what you have written is correct then you did the same as them so you are no better yourself!!??2011 Wins: :jDoritos T-Shirt:j Onken Yoghurt Voucher:jBottle of This Water:j0 -

Just been checking out the returns policy and it seems pretty straight forward. We will have to hope it is as simple in practise as it is on paper.
Just to let you now you can retun items as I bought slippers and the diary set also but then took them back at lunch. Hope this help0
