Anybody seen the Minnie bath puff liverpool?
    Thanks

Loads of these left in clayton sq store today at about 1pm and loads left in birkenhead store too
  • I am returning a vanity case set I got, the vanity case is gorgeous, but the products in it frankly smell not very nice at all! Fig and pink pepper, it gives me a headache, so can't give that as a gift to someone can I!
Shame I love them smell, I've just used the bubble bath and it was lovely. It's not too flowery so I think that's why.

I now have three very full present boxes waiting to be stored away. Chuffed with myself...I think I've got all various parents day plus a lot of their birthday presents done. Both Aunts, cousin and SIL...both uncles too come to that. We spend about a fiver every year...so I like getting a good amount for it.

To those that have missed out:

Just had a look (why can't I stop checking? I've already spent too much!) at the boots website and some items are back in stock and seem to actually be adding to my basket. Haven't tried checking out yet but worth a look if you missed out...

*edited to add: the website isn't altogether running well. not all things that say they have stock can actually be added but some do. If you see what I mean.

*2nd edit. Um, yah, it's all weird and glitchy now. BTW I'm in a different timezone not up at midnight doing this! It's only 4pm ish here.

Several items say they are in stock - but every time you try to add them to your basket, it says they are out of stock.
So far not found anything I want which allows me to order.

Not having a good day with Boots in store or on-line just now.:(

Really impressed with my little haul this year! 2 online shops and a visit first thing to the store. The little gadgets they have are great, the USB bullet thrower great for 7.50...no way id pay £25 for it tho! Got a few off the little webcams, tyre clocks, desktop drum kits & inflatable guitar. Got so much in for next Xmas. The hardys wine bottles for £2 was a steal too!

I managed to add the Ted baker set, the champneys set and a few other bits earlier but the website has been changed since then. Bad luck...
  • I now what you mean!!!!we were in their earliar and you shuld have seen the cheak of sum of the peeple!we managed to get tones of soap and glory sets we took the lot. and then we got hold of the sanctuary stuff as well and we got about 8 gift sets and NO 7 and well i will post the list up in morning. But you shuld have seenthe greedy peeple who were tryin to get the lot. I tried too grab some David Beacham after shave but there was a greedy person who grabbed all nine bottles of it before we culd get to it and i just wish that peeple would be more thortful. instead of grabbin it all for thereselves.

This has got to be a joke...the whole post is ridiculous!!!!

I managed to get to my small local store at 5pm. There was not a lot left on the shelves but managed to get -
Botanics cosmetic purse £1.50 (only one left)
Gok softly does it hand treatment in purple cosmetic bag x2 £3.50 each (last 2 left)
Sanctuary winter facial in a box £5
Belgian biscuits in nice box £2.50
    Xmas cards 87p
Umberto Giannini Painted Lady beatrice Palette £2 (which I was really after for myself).
Still pleased with what I got but would have loved to get some no7, fcuk and ted baker things but there was nothing. Altho I was lucky - there was no one else looking at any of it so was a more enjoyable experience.

Then I went to a store 15 min drive away (which is a bit bigger) but that had even less. Apparently there were queues before it opened (and it is still a smallish store!).
    Managed to get -
Gold tree xmas crackers £2.50 (only one left)
Champneys sports therapy refreshing travel pouch for men £3.75 (only one left)
17 little lipgloss library £1.50 (managed to find this hiding under the bottom shelf on the floor- a small corner was showing. Ha Ha must have looked desperate kneeling on the floor to get it!)
Cosy flower ballet slippers small £2.50 (sadly not my size but I have a friend with size 3 feet so will be nice pressie for her)
Gift wrap pack in red and gold x2 £1.25 each (thought this was great value as includes 4 rolls of wrapping paper that can be used for birthdays etc, ribbon, bows and gift tags).

My partner who works in cambridge managed to get some things too - (he wasn't too sure what to get tho but I thought he did well)
Dove big pampering sets x4 £3.75 each
    Silver crackers £2.50
    Fcuk date planner set £3.50
Fcuk the man is feeling well equipped set £4.50 (sadly packaging is damaged)
    Beauty Hut shower set £2.50
Unlock the beauty within wash bag and toiletries £4
Royal jelly toiletry bag set £3.50

Overall pleased with our haul this year. :)
