Oh just got my text message to say my order has arrived at the store.... so much for me not going out this afternoon lol

Still waiting to be notified mine is there, was supposed to be there from 9am.
Will be calling CS once the store closes if I don't hear.
I wasn't planning to be in the area to pick up until Friday, but I do want to check all is ok.

Just phoned my local store and apparently both parcels (see my post #113 above) are awaiting my collection...

On my account the first one says received at store but the second one due for delivery to store today still says "dispatched" and I've not received an email or text to confirm this time so yours may be there already too, they just haven't told you either?

Anyway they are open tomorrow and it sounded heaving in the store, I am also in still awaiting Amazon delivery...

Collected mine today although I'd only had a dispatch email. Didn't receive collection text or email.

For my playmobil jet plane delivered today but had it sent back as its too huge for my flat.

Picked up my order, email came as I was walking over to the store. Wasn't supposed to be here until Thursday so I'm happy.

Hope everyone else gets theirs soon

Both my orders arrived in 4 huge separate boxes. Our house looked like a boots warehouse. I carted the boxes upstairs and sorted it all out and started to feel sorry for my OH as it appeared I didn't get him much. So went onto Boots and used some more points to get him some more FCUK sets. An hour passed and there was a knock on the door, it was the Hermes guy delivering my original order . forgot about that order and in there were the sets I had originally ordered for him. Doh. The other order won't be wasted as we both go through a lot of toiletries during the year.

Had to ring customer services as the Guinness glass gift was broke when it arrived and on getting it out of the box managed to cut my hand. The glass also broke through the packaging of another gift.

I must say Boots customer services have always been very good. They are sending replacements of both items and gave me £10 worth of points on my card.

So now have £130 still to spend, already spent £220 worth of points! Might use these if anything decent in the 75% off if not will save them up again for next year.

I went in to the store at 3pm and my order was there but had not been booked in hence not being informed it had arrived at the store. This is probably the case for those of you who are waiting to receive the text before going to the store.

I also checked my bank statements for boots and it was wednesday 18th, and i remember the year before it was also a wednesday HTH

This year it was definitely Wednesday 18th. Not only did I write it on my calendar, but looking at my Boots advantage card statement online, my points were all redeemed on 18th. I was also sad enough to go and look in the window on the Tuesday night and saw all the 75% signs being put out. I also think it was a week later this year than 2011.
