I ordered Christmas Eve for store pick up. Had e-mail yesterday to say despatched & another e-mail 6 hours later saying ready to be collected. Will call in tomorrow.

I ordered a Gift Set online the Thursday before Christmas, due for delivery to store Christmas Eve.

Logged on v early Christmas Eve to check progress and not received at store yet, but noted - now 30% off :mad: ... so I ordered one of those too :beer: due for delivery to store New Years Eve.

Original order received at store (notified by text and email) approx 12:30pm on Christmas Eve, I had already been to Town and was back by then, but now planning to leave original order anyway as they get sent back and refunded if not collected within 14 days, so did not call into store earlier that morning to check either (prior to notification).

Second order dispatched same day, not showing as received at store so far but there is time yet :think:

Looking back at my older orders some say received at store and some say dispatched, I have however collected all of these items now, so seems like it is clear as mud then

Hope I haven't jinxed it now, wonder if they would let me keep original order at second order price if it doesn't appear as item is now out of stock

It's reduced to £54.66 which I appreciate is alot of money but the eye lift in the set is around £45 and the face cream is £60 plus you get 7ml of the youth activating concentrate. I love this range and they are very highly rated so i've treated myself.

It might be a good idea to pick it up and ask for a refund if you are nearby. I was supposed to collect an order from store recently but was busy. A month later, I checked my credit card statement and it hadn't been refunded, so I went to see if it was still in store, and it was (over two weeks after the 14 days was up)!

This happened to me too, but at the checkout stage there was a discount of 50% at the bottom of the order, making all items 50% off iyswim. Might be worth trying again? HTH.

Thanks, will definitely keep an eye on this as never not collected before and paid with Points too.

Sorry if this has been asked before but any idea on if/when the sale will be 75% off? I'm sure it did last year. Holding off to spend my points on pressies for next year but don't want to miss out hmmm what to do!

Very happy with my boots order, placed on 24th, recieved for home delivery on 27th! Annoyed with the packing though, one large toy was well packed separately which was fine, all my other littleish items in one box with no padding! Ended up with 1 set trashed inside it's box and another 2 slightly ripped. Still happy with the items though as my local is only small and didn't have anything of what i got online

defo worth emailing them to tell them. earlier in the year i had ordered a buggy which came in its own box and another box contained some clothes and also somebodys half drank bottle of water. obviously the packer had put there by mistake i emailed them and recieved 15% of my order cost back which amounted to £34
