cuddlyrunner - generally 3rd week of Jan, Boots reduce the rest of the exmas items to 75% off the original price, it can be hit and miss as to what there is, but generally there are some good bargains.

Then about week later they reduce to 90% off, usually wrapping paper left by then! x

Has anyone who ordered to collect in store received a dispatch email?
I ordered on Xmas eve with collection date of NYE. When I hadn't received dispatch email by yesterday, I called Boots and they said that my order is stuck.

I'm guessing I won't get my order as it's all now out of stock.

I also ordered on xmas eve will collection date of NYE, received email on friday to say it was ready for collection. Hope yours arrives soon x

I ordered twice on Xmas Eve for home delivery and received an email on Friday to say the first (smaller) order would be delivered tomorrow, although the original delivery date was for Friday 28th. However, when i click on the tracking link there is no info there.

The second order is still 'processing' also with a delivery date of Friday 28th. I can't see me receiving it now. Will phone them again shortly to find out what is going on. I spoke with their CS on Friday and was assured both orders were in the warehouse awaiting despatch.

Sometimes I wonder why I bother with the Boots sale. Last year I only received one full order, one went missing and the other was opened and had items missing.

I ordered for store collection (tomorrow) and they dispatched within hours of me ordering (around 7am). Just waiting to be notified it has arrived now.

Well strangely, DH was just in town and managed to collect my order.
I'd given him my order details just incase, he checked and it'd been in since Friday.
I've had no dispatch or arrival in store email.
At least I've got it I suppose!

my xmas eve order still says processing..delivery date still showing tomorrow..hmmmm not looking very promising now i dont think x

I've just ordered a Philips AquaTouch AT890/17 Wet and Dry Electric Shaver 3977013. It's reduced from £99.00 down to £49.99. If you click into the description it says: "Online only £39.99 on the Philips AT890 electric shaver when you enter code AT890 at the checkout".

If you just add to basket rather than clicking into the description you would miss the extra £10.00 off.

I placed my order Chrismas Eve morning and received a dispatch email within an hour or two. It is due to be delivered to store tomorrow (31st Dec) but still had no other email to say it is ready for collection so will be calling in to the store tomorrow to see if it is there. It's been that long since I ordered for store pick up so can't remember if they email or phone when the order is ready for collection. If it is email then there could be something wrong with the automated system.
